Materialism, imperialism created the idea that humanity is an entity that can be controlled by material power, whereas human beings exist with spiritual emotions, belief in God, family ties, cooperation, love, patience, gratitude, etc., with emotions, they are exalted, atheism, denial of God, fashion, etc. It was supported by movies and books, but there is a God, most people believe in the existence of God. we believe, we pray, we prostrate, we worship and we find peace. It is not easy to earn eternal life. Heaven is the place where people who believe will receive endless blessings. The last religion is Islam. People are turning to Islam.

Science doesn't know everything and doesn't claim to know everything. The Big Bang is an example of this. It's not the universe didn't come from nothing it's that science doesn't really know that far back. What science does know about the Big Bang is that it wasn't an explosion like people who don't understand its claim. The Big Bang is an expansion of the universe that is still going on today and can be observed. Also another thing this video says evolution can't be seen and it's something science accepts which is false. Evolution can be observed I have an evolutionary trait on my arm for one so I can personally observe it. Also, humans have Neanderthal DNA especially like 3% related to Neanderthals on average if you are caucasian.
@@t13596 Science doesn't know anything. Scientists reach conclusions based on experiments or they theorize. They say man has very close DNA to a primate but neglect to mention it is the same percentage to rodents. Evolution is taught in schools as scientific fact even though it is not fact. Without an experiment and a conclusion it is just theory. As far as observing adaptation and jumping all the way to all life comes from a puddle, I would argue that irreducible complexity can not be ignored. The human body may exist without a limb like your arm, but it needs all hormones, cell function, temperature stabilization, individual organs with functions and so on, to work as one, for a human to survive. To believe that these things either came about one by one or all at once is a leap of a theory, not a fact.
@@elliottberkley You haven't really done much research, have you. Newton's theory of gravity is also a scientific theory but look up the word scientific theory. Also, it's not a bad thing to teach evolution in schools and it is observable and we do have fossils look into the evolution of horses and you will find there is actual fossil evidence. Also, this whole idea that everything has to be observable by science lookup universe expansion. Science doesn't know how the Big Bang happen and that's really the best answer rather than having religion tell you God did it. And the Big Bang really isn't the correct either it was more like an expansion. But really look up these things like the evolution of horses and universe expansion.

When most creationists use that term, they're simply talking about a reasonable change within a gene pool. I.e. antibiotic resistance (microevolution)

You can observe evolution by artificial selection under laboratory conditions in bacteria, viruses, insects and if you have a few years to spare and a lot of resources even some mammals (ex. that one experiment to domesticate foxes). Scientists have also observed many examples of evolution in the wild ranging from tree moths in England changing color during the industrial revolution (after the trees got sooty, in just a few years black moths replaced bark colored ones) to flu viruses adapting to vaccines, which is why we need a new vaccine every year.

Google isn't working for me at the moment so I can't fact check that but from first principles I'd expect, in the absence of natural selection, the average chromosome should lose useful information from one generation to the next as a result of random mutation, although I don't know if it would get shorter. Evolution by natural selection isn't a teleological process but rather a constant push against entropy and has an upper bound- that's why humans have vastly fewer useful genes than say corn, we're not "more advanced" than corn but simply stumbled on a really interesting way to use those limited genes.
Evolutionary biologists have known all this since something like the 1930s and the key parts (that evolution isn't teleological at least) are covered in high school biology at least where I went to school.

Darwin's third chapter of the Descent of Man is the most racist, degrading, disgusting, scientifically inaccurate piece of literature in all of science. Except not really. They entirely misrepresent the position of atheists like Dawkins. They do not claim "the Bible isn't true because it says people rose from the dead, people can't rise from the dead because the Bible isn't true." Rather, they claim "it is more likely that the Bible is false than that G-d exists and rose from tbe dead and brought a bunch of people back in the ancient near east. The null hypothesis, that the stories in the Bible are not true, conforms more closely with our observations of reality and as such the hypothesis that the stories of the Bible are true should not be accepted." This is a debatable position, but it is not the silly nonsense position in the video.

If we follow the logic of the people who made this cartoon then we should believe anything and everything that has ever been written down, no matter how much contradictory evidence there is.
The gospel is proclaimed, not argued. The point of the video is that Dawkins’ own vaunted reasonings-which are in fact arguments- are loaded with logical fallacies. The video in itself is not even intended to “prove” anything, but rather to expose Dawkins’ arguments as spurious in terms of his claim that he can /disprove/ the Resurrection or anything else. He claims to be on superior footing, but in terms of his ideology he’s every bit a man of faith as a Christian, because it’s belief, not reason, that puts him where he is.

Also, if you'd like some evidence for the resurrecrion of Christ, check out "The Case for Christ." It was written by a guy that set off trying to disprove the resurrection and consequently finding mounds of evidence supporting it, ultimately converting because his of his Christian wife's faithful love to him even as he tried to disprove her faith. (He thought he was saving her from a sudden delusion, so no, it wasn't him being a jerk to her. Just being deceived himself.)
"I'm going to need a moment to recover from that." It's never a good idea to make a decision solely on emotions (like "I think God is mean") instead of by plain reason. I really have a hard time reasoning with someone who says "I can't believe that because...insert illogical reason like "I don't like it."

Most of this is great. The evolution quip probably needs clarification, though. The term 'evolution' can refer to either microevolution, macroevolution, or universal common descent. Universal common descent is the one that can't be seen by anyone in a laboratory, and needs to be inferred by looking at historical evidence...the same way people validate the authenticity of the Gospels.
The part at the end with Dawkins saying God doesn't exist because he's mean might be a bit of a strawman. I've only heard Dawkins use God's 'meanness' to say that the Bible shouldn't be the source of our morality, which is a different subject. But one could still argue that God doesn't exist because he's claimed to be omnibenevolent but there are reports of him being evil, the same way you would reject the accuracy of conflicting witness testimonies. The real issue would be Dawkins not understanding divine justice, which you only mentioned in an offhand sentence.

Perhaps the evolution quip needs clarification, but since nobody denies microevolution, and since the entire engine of the theory of macroevolution, random genetic change leading to more advanced organisms, is the opposite of everything observed, it wasn't worth muddying up the joke to make that point:-) As for your second point, Dawkins spends the majority of "The God Delusion" depicting the Triune God as a murderous bully not worthy of our faith, so it's far from a straw man.
