Persians don’t eat with their hands, actually, it’s shameful to eat with your hands if u Persian. Arabs are Afro-asiatic and their language is Semitic . Arabs attacked many countries around them and forced their religion into those countries. Iran and Turkey wouldn’t be Islamic, they would still be a free country if it were for the Arabs bringing their religion everywhere. Turkish people are like Greeks and half is in Europe. There is no such thing as tabouli or falafel in Persian cuisine. Hummus is only Arabic, not Persian or Turkish. Persians don’t eat pita bread or humus or tabouli or falafel, yet you people say that this is the same thing between Persians are Arabs and Turkish. These people are very different, diverse people. Please don’t put them into the same group.
As a British person I am lucky to live in a country that has a lot of middle eastern migrants or even nationals that were born here. Because their food and culture is amazing perhaps one of my most favourite types of food are from that side of the world.
I could eat Mediterranean-Greek food for the rest of my life. So many spices, seasoning and sauces, so much flavor and variety. And best of all I always feel good after. Had a lot of Iranian friends growing up, and when I'd come by I was always fed no matter. Even if we were just there to pregame and go to the city my friend's mom would refuse to let us leave with me eating and some tea. Learned the value of saffron many times over. Cheers
