My entire stomach is sore and swollen. 3 days into recovery and I’m feeling a lot better!! I have a lymphatic drainage massage planned for day 9 post-op. Do you have tips to prepare for the massage? Right now, I’m imagining that someone touching/massaging my tummy will be excruciating. Eeek!!
@@KRIBABIE21 YAY! I know you are so exciting to start seeing your results. I started getting massages right around the 2 week mark and I’d recommend waiting until then for your comfort. Otherwise, you probably want to take something for pain before going in! My massages haven’t been painful - but again, I waited a little bit longer

Have you done Airsculpt + Airsculpt plus + tiny tuck ? I am planning to do all 3. I am little confused what to do. My doctor says you get optimum results if you do all 3.
I had AirSculpt and AirSculpt+ on my full abdomen. That’s what was recommended for me. I’m in love with my results, but of course, I know the doctors have different recommendations for everyone depending on exactly what your goals are
AirSculpt gives you one set of lipo foam and your first compression garment! You’ll need more foams throughout your recovery though as well as tighter compression garments as you heal
I only got my abdomen done so I could sleep however I wanted! My mom had a fat transfer though with fat moved to her butt and she had to sleep on her stomach

This was my husband’s number one concern 😂 I can confirm that once you find a comfortable position, you can get to it immediately 😂😂😂
