I've been unhauling books like craaazy & I so agree with some of the books you're unhauling, reasons & all. If it's not something I'm excited & likely to pick up, it HAS to go.
since you are getting rid of some booktok books: I have mostly been disappointed by booktok recommendations and now I don''t really wamt to read any booktok books anymore lol
I know you aren't in a fantasy reading space, so I'm not recommending this book right NOW, but if you ever do feel like diving back into fantasy I'm always obligated to recommend The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon. Hear me out because it is a CHONK of a book (about 800ish pages) and I was super intimidated by it, but it really renewed my love of fantasy. In fact when she came out with a prequel (A Day of Fallen Night) I absolutely ate it up even though it wasn't the characters I had grown to love because the world of the book is just so well done. (plus i fell in love with all the new characters anyway lol) It's multi POV which I've always struggled with because usually there's that one POV that you just rush through because it's not as interesting as the others, but I can genuinely say I found every single POV just enthralling! Just felt like sharing for you if/when you get back into fantasy, or for anyone in the comments who want to try out a fantastic high fantasy book. Happy reading! :)
i have to say city of brass is SO good. whenever u feel like reading fantasy again i’d highly recommend it. for someone who reads a lot of fantasy books that all seem the same, the city of brass series was really refreshing and interesting, i couldn’t put it down
So glad you decided to keep gone girl. I watched the movie first too and reading it was a bit of an adjustment but I’ve kept it because sometimes I like being annoyed by Nick lol
I totally agree with your The Un honey mooners ick. Like they hated each ither just because she thought he looked at her funny? Whats even worse it was the first ever romance ive ever read and it really gave me a slump when reading romances for a few months after that. I really enjoyed the Renegades series its really fun and the romance is good to. The superheroes are also a cool trope too❤
keep renegades & heartless !!!!!! theyres soooo worth it :) not fantasy that’s hard to understand at all. especially renegades it has a cool premise, romance and friendship deffo give it a go before selling :)
i haven’t read unpregnant but i did watch the movie (didn’t realize it was based on a book lol) and i do recommend it was really fun for dealing a hard/touchy subject for some!
i really think the cruel prince books are good. the politics of it all is really interesting and how the main character who is physically weaker than everyone works her way up the power ladder
nooo what you're the reason I discovered a Study in Charlotte and it's been on my wishlist for a while now! (hint: I volunteer as tribute to donate this to)
Oh my god, finally someone else who doesn't like books that make them cry. I watch so many booktubers who say they like books that make them cry. No thanks. XDD
if you do ever eventually want to go back to the morrigan crow series (it is such a great series), i do recommend the audiobooks, gemma whelan is a fantastic narrator

I have to be super picky with what stays on my bookshelves because of how many new books I’m bringing in that I’m ACTUALLY excited about reading!
You don't get rid of books. You buy more bookshelves.
Keep Gone Girl. I read it in one sitting, i bailed on a date because i HAD to finish it.
You guys are tempting me!
Gone Girl is fantastic. Gillian Flynn is such a brilliant author of truly chilling stories!

Some are definitely not worth the hype!

Becoming the audiobook was very satisfying! Her husband’s audiobook presentation is very good too.

I LOVED hush hush and the whole series! It had some detective elements that I really liked. Have reread a few times 🔥🥰

Kept both!
Not me watching this whole video in a state of anxiety hoping you won't get rid of The Raven Boys

Might watch the movie instead then!

Has the afterlife of holly chase sold!?! I adore that book!!
I think you dodged a bullet with not reading the selection series 😂
I think so too 😂
The selection series was my first true taste of disappointment in a book series 😭
The plot just wasn't plotting!!! 😩
the cruel prince books didn't feel super ya to me there are alot of pretty dark themes but I will say the last book was not a vibe for me
nooo what you're the reason I discovered a Study in Charlotte and it's been on my wishlist for a while now! (hint: I volunteer as tribute to donate this to)
I think it’s great!! Just doesn’t need to stay on the bookshelf 🥲

I have the Renegades Series and it’s currently on my TBR however I have Heartless and it’s sooo good.
Do you sell your used books online?
Yepp usually on ebay or depop and whatever isn’t selling i take to a charity shop!
When I was a teen my fam therapist wanted me to read why men love bitches and wanted me to take it seriously, I stopped after chapter 2 🎉
Good idea! 😂😭
I have Renegades but not Arch-Enemies
where are you going to be selling your after series?? I would 100% buy them x
Depop x
@@angelikascorner what's your @ x
If you run out of books you can always read mine ;)
Don't bother with mortal instruments lol they're not worth it
