Twin beds can be for adults too lol. Everyone has different circumstances they’re in and it’s fine for people to sleep in them if they’re under 6 ft tall :)
I’ve noticed with my friends there are two types of mental illness reactions to stuff: 1) I have too much shit and I am gonna just yeet stuff or 2) I cannot ever let go of my stuff 😅. I am in category 1.
Feng Shui says it's better for energy flow while you sleep to NOT store anything under the bed. Maybe you can start by just having half of under the bed clear and sleep on that side.
