Before you make this, read this comment. Make the Boba first, have it on standby for the brown sugar. Don’t try to multitask, just don’t. Add the Boba, the second the brown sugar starts to melt, and make sure to stir the brown sugar frequently, so it warms up on all sides. COOK BROWN SUGAR ON LOWWWW HEATTTTT!!! IT’LL BUTN IF U PUT IT ANY HIGHER AND JUST TRUST ME ON THIS ONE!
my kid just tried this recipe and she really enjoyed it. Taste so good!
Hi Ray, glad your kids liked it, this drink is so simple and easy to prepare and very addicting :) :)

I’ll definitely try this. I bought bobas from Amazon and I came across to this video. Thank youuuu
Bubble tea is my weakness! I'll need to try this delicious recipe!
Yep, you should and its so easy to make. Saves you more time than waiting in line just to get it ha ha... and its so addicting :) thanks and have a nice day!
Where is the tea?
@@marcjaysoncagang4536 Actual milk tea does have tea, but people have the bad/lazy habit of naming things incorrectly. I have seen people call hot milk drinks "tea," too, and it ticks me off every time. 😂
I tried Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Pearls yesterday at a shopping mall after 2 or 3 years wanting to try it and it tasted so good!😭😭😭 Next time I want to try Milk Tea with Pearls!
The boba crowd has always hyped boba up, but i was never really a fan. WELL! I got a brown sugar pearl boba drink from my ramen shop and i suddenly understand its popularity. I want to make this for work in the mornings!! thank you for posting the recipe
Got brown sugar boba milk in Singapore every day, came back here and all of a sudden I was a bubble tea snob🤣
omg thank you so much for this it tastes amazing !!
Ohh I've never actually tried a Boba tea before but this looks delicious, what a treat

Wow 😮 Amazing 🥲 easy lng pala gawin, ita try ko sya. Thanks 😊 for sharing !
💜This is my favorite boba video. I just like watching.💜
Without the boba, it sounds like a good coffee recipe too. ❤ I’ll have to try both
Wow thank u very much ^_^ i made it and it was pretty good! Wonderful respie
I thought I needed black tea to make it. No wonder mine tastes different lol… Definitely trying this.
Same i've been making it with black tea this entire time
Most boba drinks are made with black tea but honestly you can make any drink and add tapioca pearls to them and call it boba. My bf and I have made Oreo milkshakes and added tapioca to them and it tasted amazing! So yeah you can do whatever you want and add boba in it.
@@taylormatthews7488 cool
Lol dont worry I’ve always been making my drink iced coffee
@@turtletoes4751 love iced coffee
Omg thank you!! I tried it and it tastes exactly like the one i tried from the boba shop
Hello do i need brown sugar only? Not muscavado
Mascuvado*
@@Juliana-mf8wx any kind works i think
I watched many videos on how to make this but yours looks like the right way I'm gonna make it for my daughter and her friends for her birthday. Thanks
Hope you enjoy it!
I've been fool all along that brown sugar milk tea has no tea. Watching this video and all the comments now I know I'm drinking brown sugar milk tea has no tea in it, just plain cream milk lol. Even though I love this drinks so much with or without the tea. Thanks for the video. I will make this at home.
It's so good!
Favorite ni......🌸
Thank you so much! I am a newbie too. It has all been so mysterious to me, lol.
This is a nice way to have boba without any caffeine.
Im going to try it with cashew milk.
Glad it was helpful!

I Just Made This! Was it stressful? 100% but does it taste good! Yeah, besides the small chunks of brown sugar (which is my fault) it’s not bad overall!!
I whised they would serve boba thea in my country. Looks so deliciouse 🤤👍🏾🧋
Try it it is so good and delicious!☺
What an interesting drink!! I might have to try this one. =0)
Hi there! I think you should and you might like it too :) :)
on what heat do you start to cook the brown sugar, anyone? Also, how much tapioca is in that pan?
Can this work with any type of brown sugar? I really want to try this but I don’t have that specific type
Hi, ask lang po sa pagmeasure ng tapioca, 1 cup raw po ba or 1 cup yung cooked na?
❤️😋
How to make caramelized sugar last long for walling?
What brand of fresh milk did you use? Thanks
I think you forgot the tea part but I’m definitely trying the recipe with some oolong tea!!! Thanks
Tiger milk tea doesn't actually contain tea, which is confusing but yeah it's just milk and brown sugar and pearls. You can add tea if you want though to customise it
@@bergiuscharlotta Tiger Milk is just Tiger Milk. It isn't tea unless it has tea. You can mislable something as much as you want, but that doesn't make it that.
Do you use whole milk or can you use 2 percent milk.
what does the all purpose cream do?
can I use powdered milk to substitute fresh milk/whole milk?
😋
When you added the pearls to the brown sugar in the saucepan, were those just cooked and strained pearls or had you already added some type of sauce to them? They seemed like they were soaking in something when they were in the bowl.
Thanks for this video. I'm going to give it a try
they were cooked already i think
When boba is cooked it kinda looks like it coated in stuff at least from my experience of making them

Thanks for subbing!
Hello can i use kreem puff instead of all purpose cream? Thank you...
Hindi ko pa na try yan pero sa tinggin ko ok din yan pang substitute :)
Where did you find the cups from
Can u show me how to make the boba with tapioca starch or flour
mana tea nye wehhh
Walang halo na tea😁😁😁
Izit taste good if i put fresh milk only? because I dont have that cream
Hello sis. Can I use the ready made brown sugar syrup or yung caramelized brown sugar instead of melting muscovado with pearls? Tnx po
Lavina horca kahit yung brown sugar syrup nalang po 😁😁😁
Hi, may I know remaining tapioca pearl which already cooked, how to keep for next day use? Thanks
You can't. It has to be used within a few hours otherwise it becomes super hard and inedible.
@@englishatheart thanks
I'll keep em in a cup of tea in the refrigerator, they're just as tasty and soft the next day :) (well, alright. Fresh tastes the best, but they're still soft!) I do rinse them before I use them again btw
@@ElysaWestland thanks for sharing
does anyone know if you can or are suppose to stir it (when everything is all done) because this looks really good but i dont like milk so i want probably just the brown sugar taste with just a hint of milk (this is probably a really stupid question but i want to know before i try it)
i always stir mine up before i drink it :) i like the flavour of it better when it’s all mixed up
I'm a 13 year old and I'm making boba its kinda easy
Quick note: instead of milk use heavy whipping cream!
How long can we keep in refrigerator after we made cook the pearl with the brown sugar?
Hi, this will last for a couple days in the fridge but texture isn't good as freshly made pearls. I highly recommend, cook in small batches and try to consume it in a day for a perfect chewy texture boba pearls :)
@@pinoyrecipeatibapa ok. Thank you so much. 💞💕
You're welcome
Yes the pearls will dissolve & be left with little hard round balls lol 👍
Can I sub the all purpose cream with heavy whip cream?
Yes po
👍👍👍
Hi, which store, I can buy that sugar?
Alaska crema po ba gamit sa all purpose cream?
For this do you use dark brown sugar or light brown sugar? Does it even matter?
ohh boba milk tea
Do you just cook any type of tapioca pearls cuz mine don’t look like that so I’m confused as to if I need to cook them in some type of sirup?
If they are white, it’s the wrong type of tapioca. The ones for boba have a light brown look (uncooked) with tapioca powder on them. You can probably search up a video on how to make the boba pearls if you want to see what they look like/if you want to make them. You can also find a bag of uncooked boba pearls at an Asian market.
hi po, pag walang muscovado sugar pwede po gamitin ang regular brown sugar??
👍🏾
what kind of tepioca pearls?
do you think I could use black sugar pearls?
Ya
you use Dark Brown Sugar or Light Brown Sugar ?
Hi, I used muscuvado sugar
Tanu Giriduady Putra Negara even white sugar became darker when it desolves.
Mukhang masarap pero Asan nga pala ang tea
By any chance does anyone know why my boba pearls are hard as a rock? I overboiled them in the beginning so they were super soft? I let the boba sugar mixture cool down first the added into the cup with ice and milk I drank it right away and it was hard within 10 seconds
it’s probably because brown sugar will harden once cooled. I think the boba needs to have the sauce looking stuff around it first
That's what I've been trying to figure out. Maybe because I bought the instant kind ? I see so many people boiling the for a long time
👍❤
I like this! Coz i dont like the taste of tea. Tnx for sharing.
Welcome :)
Pwede ba akin and half tea
broasted yung muscuvado toppings pag xi fu thang,
I’d like to ask how many grams or kilo yung nilagay nyo na Muscovado sugar?
I’m trying it right now and wala ako makita na measurement :(
you can get the complete recipe here www.pinoyrecipe.net/brown-sugar-boba-milk-tea-drink-recipe/
looks yum but how come there's no tea?
👍
magkano po kaya pwedi benta toh ? gusto ko try sa Milk Tea ko
~Ingredients~
Brown sugar
Tapioca pearls
Fresh cream or all purpose cream
Fresh milk
is there a difference between fresh milk and just regular plain milk?
@@FirstNameLastName-sy2jq I don’t think so .-.
Like heavy whipping cream?
@@Karoline1210aka you can buy all purpose cream I’m sure they have it at Walmart just ask somebody and you should find it or wherever you shop at
Can i have the full recipe please
❤️❤️👫
Can i substitute brown sugar for molasses or will it taste different?
You can make brown sugar with white sugar and molasses because the darker the sugar it means the more molasses it has, hope that helps
🌹🌹
The pearls get hardened when soak in sugar syrup?
Mine always do if I return to heat 😔
Brown sugar boba milk tawag dyan.
need pa po ba mainit yung tapioca pearl?
🙏🌹
After i’ve finished cooking the tapioca pearls do i need to wait for it to cool down before i transfer it to a glass
Let it cool down.
do you have to to use muscuvado or can you use any regular one ?
U can use any soft brown sugar lol
Anyone who tried can you tell me it really worked for you?
I tried this yesterday but when you started making the brown syrup, it wasn’t as syrupy as yours and more chunky! Is there anyways tot fix that?
Less sugar?
@@Acronix I’ll try that next time, thanks!
@@felixstray1058 no problem!
Can you store this? Or will it go bad
not advisable to store, better consume it after you make it.
Hm price po sa 12oz at 16oz per cup ?
Is it one cup cooked or uncooked boba ?
cooked
How about brown sugar only f we don't have that muscovado?
just use the darker brown sugar
