You really did a great job,, It is easy when you already know how to make molde and everything else,, But when you have not done anything like this or have the Tools to do it, i bet it is not that easy, Great job you did. 👌
If you’re willing to make more for other people how much would you charge? I love how this has turned out and would love to have you make one for me would look amazing on my 05 z1000 which uses the same tail fairings as your 636
I’m interesting in how you make the 3D print of the pins and mounts from end to end. I’m making it using forged carbon fiber (strands) and resin with silicone mold. It’s in my 1st carbon fiber project video
It definitely hurts your finger scratch the corners of the carbon, I like it when you wear gloves. Mistakes are the best teachers, so Keep safety first👌👌
I don't have the use of 3d printer. Is there another way of making them as after watching your videos, you have given me the desire to build my own carbon fibre parts
I turn on the video I've been waiting two weeks for, and right at the start I hear: "The forms are already ready, I didn't record it on video".. what? You have great content but if you're going to do something, it should be recorded from start to finish. That's why I subscribed on your channel! :)
Thanks so much for the support and for the feedback.👊 I promise will be so many more from start to finish videos. I wanted to try out something different and see how it works. From the start to finish videos have a lower average watched time rate than the shorter videos. I noticed people just not as interested in the mould making part. So I have to work a more interesting way to show that. A full video will be up in the next couple of weeks. Thanks 🛠🤟
Everytime I watch one of your videos I’m so impressed by how professional everything you do is. Really really cool.
Wow, thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the video 🛠🤟
I knew winter is coming.!!!!!!!!!!
Why no one told me that?🤟
You’re very talented
Thanks for the compliment. I'm glad you liked the video. 🛠🤟
I'm interested in the mold making for these parts.
Hey
Thanks for the feedback. I'll be making plenty more start to finish videos 🛠🤟
Same👍
@zrcarbon9937 hey buddy hru I have been emailing you I still want to pursue the business we had previously discussed
Smashing job and awesome narration!!!!
Glad you enjoyed it
Dude you have perfected the mold making process which makes your parts better than OEM! Awesome job brother!!!
The tumbleweed refused to tumble but was more than willing to prance.
Making carbon parts is 👍🏾, but redesigning the fairing and making carbon parts of that would bee 👍🏾👍🏾
Amazing job as usual you really motivate me brother keep going!❤
Happy to hear that! Thank you so much 👊🏍🛠🤟
I love watching you make these parts. It’s quite inspiring. It would be awesome to try and make something for my bike after watching your videos.
Das ist der Hammer....diese Qualität ist einfach krass! ❤
Thanks so much your kind words 🛠️🤘
The mold making is the most interesting part
Omg I love this series now! Thank you so much for sharing. This is amazing
Thanks so much! I'm glad you enjoy it! 🛠🤟

Hey

Fantastic 👏 well done man, looks incredible 👌
Thanks so much, I appreciate your comment 🛠️🤘
Amazing job. Good smooth leveling - not so easy with the patchwork style of layup. How did the 3D printed standoffs work for the supports?
Hey
Thanks so much. They're worked great. Perfect fit. 🛠🤟
10:08 nice one
Looks really good! What about weight vs original part?
We learn what we have said from those who listen to our speaking.

That's cool! With silicon mold is a good way to do your pins. Will be including into my vids the process sometime in the future.🏍🛠🤟
@@zrcarbon9937 thank you. Looking forward to it
Looks good 😃👍
Thank you! Cheers!🛠🤟
Increíble trabajo 🤘🤘🤘🫶
Thanks so much 🛠🤟
did you compare the weight with the original part? looks amazing
Thanks for the compliment. No I didn’t compare the weight yet but feels lighter than the oem part 🛠️🤘
Beau travail bravo zx9r
add rubber washers to avoid damaging your parts 😊
Very nicely done👌
Thanks man I appreciate it 🛠️🤘
"it will cut your finger, like Fredy through your dreams" "I cut my finger, and could not use it for a weeks, my girlfriend were not happy" 😂😂😂😂
😁 🛠️🤘
These two pieces in carbon fiber gloss twill weave whould cost around 1000$ 😅. Amazing work and jesus bless!
Thank you! Cheers! Yeah it could go that high.🛠🤟
It's not quite that expensive anymore you could probably get a tail end for around 200 give or take depending on where you get it from
@@robmuhfacka5986 please link me for kawasaki zx6r 2012
Yeah I would love to see that link as well!🤘
Pls make a video on making the molds!
This is unreal!! How much would you charge??
Thanks so much!
If you’re interested to get one for yourself please let me know and send me an email to zrc.works@gmail.com

Do you use CR1 Easy-Lease as Chemical Release Agent?
Gran bel lavoro
Thanks man!
Thanks so much for watching 🛠️🤘
Finally ahahaha.
C'est magnifique 😊
Thanks man! 🛠🤟
Use some peel ply on the back
Can't , it will absorb some of the resin possibly leading to pinholes.
Thanks for your advice. I'll be using the peel ply in one of my next video. 🛠🤟
How much months is it gonna take to make it (full carbon fiber scooter activa 1st gen ) this is my plan
Have you ever done composites?
How long does it take you to build this fairing? I'm debating on doing this for my R6.
Hey
Depends on how much time can you put into it. It can be weeks or months. 🛠️🤘
It definitely hurts your finger scratch the corners of the carbon, I like it when you wear gloves. Mistakes are the best teachers, so
Keep safety first👌👌
Thanks man! Definitely safety first! 🛠️🤘
nice job
Thanks 🛠️🤘

Hey
Send me an email to zrc.works@gmail.com
Will talk about it

I 3D printed the plastic pins

My fairings only fit onto the 2003-04 models.
Can you tell me where to buy carbon? I want to experience

why xc130 and not 110?
I found it tackier than xc 110. Also I was lucky to buy a big batch on a good price.
