- My ZX6R finally got its carbon fiber tail fairings done. The bike slowly coming together and it will look super cool. I was so happy with how the whole fairing looked on the bike. You really did a great job,, It is easy when you already know how to make molde and everything else,, But when you have not done anything like this or have the Tools to do it, i bet it is not that easy, Great job you did. 👌

Real outstanding!! Remember to use nylon washers under the metal one.

add rubber washers to avoid damaging your parts 😊

It's not quite that expensive anymore you could probably get a tail end for around 200 give or take depending on where you get it from

Use some peel ply on the back
Can't , it will absorb some of the resin possibly leading to pinholes.

I’m interesting in how you make the 3D print of the pins and mounts from end to end. I’m making it using forged carbon fiber (strands) and resin with silicone mold. It’s in my 1st carbon fiber project video
That's cool! With silicon mold is a good way to do your pins. Will be including into my vids the process sometime in the future.🏍🛠🤟

I turn on the video I've been waiting two weeks for, and right at the start I hear: "The forms are already ready, I didn't record it on video".. what? You have great content but if you're going to do something, it should be recorded from start to finish. That's why I subscribed on your channel! :)

I promise will be so many more from start to finish videos. I wanted to try out something different and see how it works. From the start to finish videos have a lower average watched time rate than the shorter videos. I noticed people just not as interested in the mould making part. So I have to work a more interesting way to show that.

why xc130 and not 110?
I found it tackier than xc 110. Also I was lucky to buy a big batch on a good price.
