Recently discovered these. I struggle to get my protein in after WLS due to how little I can eat so these are great for me! I’m obsessed. I bought like 6 today at HEB.

I only eat pop tarts room temperature or cold but I can see why these are recommended to be heated seeing as they are quite thick in comparison.

I've had these numerous times and somehow never realized they were meant to be heated in the microwave lol 🤦♀ They really aren't bad for a "protein treat", but I have had a few that were completely unfilled inside like the machine messed up

Have your game face on the first time you go. I had my first visit to a Buc-ees this week while on vacation, it was insanity in there. People were literally running in there, it was nuts. Lots of great stuff in there but my anxiety forced me out pretty quick...

@@KatieJoMikell I have no idea, it's just insanely busy and hectic in there. It was almost shoulder to shoulder people, people grabbing things right in front of me and whatnot. It had been open for 4 months before I went but it felt like grand opening day or something.

These appeal to me not because they're keto, but they're high protein. Surprised to hear that they don't taste protein-y because I can't stand that. Since I'm a baker, I make my own healthier "poptarts" at home, so I'd rather keep doing that over paying that price. Though if I were in a pinch and wanted a pop tart, I would try these for sure!

Can’t have brown sugar on keto, so was wondering how that would work out.
If you look at the ingredients, it's just flavoring! No real brown sugar here.
You could eat alot of fruit. Watch the frugivore diet on RUclips. I highly recommend her food videos on her channel

Yeah i'm gonna have to pass on these it just seems like there's a lack of quality control
Atleast with pop tarts even if their quality control on the frosting was iffy sometimes they were mostly pretty consistant
Though personally my favorite pop tarts alternative is Glutino's they don't have frosting but they're really good

I’ve seen other people review these and all of them are supposed to have a filling. You got gipped on the cinnamon one! They need to work on quality control for sure. Hopefully the company sees this and corrects it. The cooling effect is from the erythritol.

To me cinnamon only tastes good if it is mixed with sugar, in this case I guess the amount of sugar was too small :)

most disgusting pastry i have ate never again i will eat that undercook dough birthday cake... has no taste if anyone said there very good you have bad taste buds... so nasty i would never buy again... ... anyone said the pastry are good they gotta be sponsored by that company
