Natasha, my niece and I had so much fun making these! We were actually sometimes shoving strawberries into each others mouths. My hubby came in and asked if we were getting any strawberries on the plate. It was so funny! Needless to say, we did get it all done for the family. It was a blast!

Thank you Natasha !!! For being among the few who use a bench scraper to lift ingredients from the cutting board into your bowl. Most everyone else takes the quickie route by using their chef's knife, causing premature dulling of the blade. I always thought this practice set such a bad example along with the habit of not scraping a bowl clean. My mom raised me to be uber diligent about not wasting food. (The flat-footed strawberries look yummy.)
