    Thanks for the review. Would have been nice to show the whole pulling up process and the actual clean up. I usually put the paper filter on top of the metal filter, not beneath it. What grinder are you using and what actual setting? Also, water temperature?

      @@aarjayemm Thanks for the comment. I didn’t wanna bore everyone with how I clean it so that’s why I decided to cut some of it out. However I can feature it in a feature video and the whole pulling up process.
      Ah okay. That works too. Recently though I only use a paper filter due to easier cleanup.
      Using eg1 with ulf burrs. Grind setting is about 4 -5 steps from burr lock. So around 350-450microns. Depends on the type of coffee and paper filter I’m using though. So with Sibarist I usually go finer.
      Water: zero water jug and then I add either half a pack of TWW when mixing it with 2 liters of distilled water or the apax lab water minerals which have been my daily driver since the last month.
