Thank you for the video again! I was worried about starting a tutorial series when only half of the series was uploaded but you upload new videos faster than I can watch them so I'm happy :)
You are a very good Teacher!!! I have learned more from this Tutorial Series than I have from other courses which I purchased. In other courses one just tends to copy the teacher without understanding why/how/when. You do explain the why/how/when of each action which makes understanding easier and it is retained. Thanks. P.S. I do Blender as a Hobby
Harry here... fantastic job, I like the way you teach, I'll be taking the complete series. I've done 3d max for years and wanted to switch over to Blender as soon as I was able to find someone that could actually teach. Thanks
You are the best like always I started watching and learning for a while and then I stopped before I buy a new pc do you think please asus I 7 4gen Nividia geforce 850m I can run blender in it ? I use now blender version 3.0 for learning but I want use version 4 Please tell me And again thank you so much ❤
the movements of your rotation point is not the same as mine and it's frustrating ... your movements are excellent and i severely struggle with mine ... any help would be good
How do you keep the plane from going into the body of the sphere when forming the shape of the scarf?? around the 5:46 mark. When I elongate the vertices they do not stay level AT ALL the way yours does. I've followed every step the exact same way so I wonder what I hit on accident or what I'm doing different than you
in the collision object (snow ball in this case) there are options called outer thickness and inner thickness in the softbody and cloth section(properties pannel)....try decreasing the outer thickness value
bro i have a few no. of confusions.... (blender version 4.2) 1. I am not able to transform or position the cloth when it is on the later frames...when i am doing that the cloth is looking like its crushed. 2. i am not able to smooth the object using the smooth brush in sculpt mode...i have to go to frame 0 and then smoothen it....but still when its falling down, its having the sharp pointy things again. 3. For some reasion, i am not able to subdivide the cloth more than 10 cuts from the context menu....i have to subdivide it multiple times but in that way its a bit too laggy. 4. The cloth is not ready to stay at its place...i have increased the friction to about 80....but its always ready to loose its circular shape and fall down no matter wherever i place it. please please please help me with this.
I got the same problem of not being able of not being able to smooth using brush . Basically you have to apply cloth modifier in modifier and then go to sculpt mode you will be able to do it.
I'm having a slight issue, once I apply the cloth modifier, the physics stops working and the scarf doesn't fall anymore when I hit play. It was working before. Am I missing something? Really appreciate these tutorials!
do you happen to have a discord on which one can ask how to create some materials? cause ive got some questions with the whole process and the thought process
@@RyanKingArt a server could in theory help itself once enough people are good enough with shading. takes some time but itll do... what I was looking for is like a nebula layered material. Ive come to notice that there isnt anything related to that so that might be a consideration for a procedural material. maybe you could like do a vote think or smt idk. I'd show some example pictures but sadly youtube doesnt support that so that's another reason why I was thinking maybe a server could be handy :)

Part Six is where things got exciting for me. Great way to ease into cloth physics!

Gorgeous work Ryan.
thank you!
This was an excellently laid out tutorial, the best in the series this far. Thanks.
FINALLY THE SCARF
Yep!

im so thankful that i found your channel i learned a lot.
Happy to hear that!
Superb work Ryan Sir

And again thank you so much ❤
I'm pretty sure that GPU will work in Blender, but I can't say for sure. Try looking it up online.
@@RyanKingArt thanks so much

thanks
Great video!
Thanks!

I have the small problem. Before I subdivided and increased the number of cuts, the plane fell. Now it doesn’t.
Nevermind. I didn’t have the sphere selected as well as the plane.
thanks for the video!
what is the difference between skin and solidify modifier? it seem they do same thing
skin is used on vertices and edges and increses the thickness on all sides...but solidify uniformly increase the thickness in only one side.
🤘Vid 6 done 🤘
Thanks for watching!
@@RyanKingArt Gonna make it to the end, for sure 😁
Any tips for increasing the FPS when you press spacebar and the cloth drops?
just temporarily drecrease the object size way too small...once you are done...increase it again.
Can u make a tutorial on cloth simulation with pose (squash/ squeeze). Appreciated
12:20... My Scarf is not smoothing no matter many time i try and how strenghfull the "smooth" instrument is(((
same
Thank you, very good work ;)
Glad you like it!
do you happen to have a discord on which one can ask how to create some materials? cause ive got some questions with the whole process and the thought process
sorry, I don't have a discord server, and I get soooo many people contacting me, I don't have time to help individual people, sadly.

Whenever i add collision it goes through the sphere
I have a laggy pc is that the issue?
Add collision to the sphere, not the cloth
@@brawlstars546k thank you, although i am not using blender rn i will from next year my device is too laggy
@@ishanidasi no problem bro good luck learning
@@ishanidasi that shouldnot be the issue btw
when i added cloth modifier my scarf just shrink on itself and became a ball inside the snowman. idk what to do
maybe try baking the sim
How do you play the animation without keyframes? Google is no help lol
there is no animation..its just the physics....apply cloth physics and just hit play...it should play
Bro plz cover animation also❤
I'm not covering animation in this series, But I have an Animation for Beginners tutorial that you can check out on my channel.
@@RyanKingArt ok bro thank you❤
If your smooth brush does not work, hide all other objects. That worked for me. But I dont know why...
thanks for sharing
Do I dare go onto Part 7? I'm getting to the end of my endurance... My butt hurts!
Haha, maybe take a break : )
4:46 I think my laptop is dying right now🚬💀
maybe try turning down the sub-surf of the objects.
I'M FASTER THAN PINNED COMMENT
😂
so I just finished all the video in teh series you've uploaded so far, i wish the whole series was out already.
Sorry, I want to post 1 part each day, it gives each video a chance to get some views before I post the next part.
as a content creator myself, i completely understand. Well done with the series. @@RyanKingArt
