@@user-qf6dx4to2i you dont need an exact one for your boat, you can literally buy a generic one from pretty much anywhere, even autozone. Pretty easy install if you watch a couple youtube vids. Basic wiring stuff, positive to positive, negative to negative, etc
Mate my motor is all the way up , tilt trim is working but İt goes up and down only 10 cm , when it reaches the top it stops but when it goes down 10 cm something stopping it to go down , is there any lock for the tilt trim on your motor
@@tylerott9269I did mate , thanks for the advice , hopefully next week I'm going to change the spark plugs and cables , impeller , fuel filter and the thermostat, I m hooping it's going to be like a new motor
I have the same one; In Italy was called SuperAmerica. A beast
My 16' Lund Alaskan runs 27.5 right now, so I would say yours runs great!!
I have the same one..she's awesome..
What is the weight of just the boat?
What the trim mechanism you have? I have the same but can’t Find any name for it
How fast? And what size prop are you running?
It runs about 26-27 mph. I think it’s an 11” prop
I have this same exact motor but it doesn’t run as well as that!
The old 4 cyl Mercs run like a sewing machine when you get them all tuned up right.
@@tylerott9269 lol, yep, turns out mine did the lower crank case seal, causing it to lean out and drop the bottom cylinder :/
Go a 90 same year
I got exactly the same motor but don't have the key, that's why I can't use it
Why don't you install a new ignition switch?
@@birddogsforever9135 İ don't know where I can get it from and how to do it

Most engines have a lock. You tilt the motor up and swing it out of the way and then tilt it back down
