They would have assumed the arrow was the one from the movie and at a certain point transitioned to a fake arrow used in the wii sports one. Like you said, it's rotoscoped, so there isn't even an Avengers shot, by definition, the entire thing is the Wii Sports shot because it's pasted ontop of a Wii Sports shot the entire time. That's why I said that makes even less sense, it's the same exact issue but less understandable
