Yeah he is really good QB. But he just that really good. He’s a kind of QB that needs a really good team around him. The Rams was a really good team. The Lions currently are a really good team you put goff on the Texans or the ravens they’re not doing what they did last year.

The only position on the Bills roster that looks like it will be a downgrade from last year is losing Mitch Morse. Both Kincaid and Shakir outperformed Diggs in the 2nd half of last season, and the new rookie WR that the Bills trade up for next week also has the chance to outperform Diggs this year (similar to how Jefferson did in MN).
I love Tre White, Po, and Hyde, but all three have been playing hurt (or completely sidelined) most of the past 3 seasons. So while I will miss having them...we already crossed that bridge last year. We will miss Hyde's leadership and "centerfield" play, so the mental component of the replacement will be a step back, but physically both Po and Hyde had lost a step, so their replacements have the chance to be at least as good as they were last year. And Tre White has been missing for 2.5 years, so there's no downgrade with him being cut.
Von was coming off the ACL from the prior year and still getting up to speed. He has the chance to look more like what he did in early 2022. Milano is back, we lost him almost all of last season. Bernard took a huge step up last season and should continue to with Milano back. Daquan Jones missed almost all of last season and he'll be back. Ed is in his prime. Greg and A.J should continue to improve.
So on defense, I'm seeing the line improved over last year. Linebackers improved over last year and the Secondary should be a wash.
Move to offense, Gabe Davis was among lead leaders in dropped passes every year. Diggs was among league leaders in drop passes in the 2nd half of last year. Both gone, and Kincaid and Shakir were league leaders in catch % last year, and with the potential new rookie hotshot WR they are drafting, there's definite potential for improvement. James Cook was right behind Henry and Williams for 4th in rushing last year and 2nd in yard from scrimmage among RBs, and he's only getting better.

They overreacting but y’all did objectively get worse. Kincaid a baller Shakir okay but realistically neither atm is better than Diggs, but the division is weak so I think they still can win that until they run into anybody that’s not the Steelers in the SWC
both Kincaid and Shakir arguably outplayed Diggs in the 2nd half of the 2023.

Diggs: 63 / 37 / 349 / 9.4
Kincaid: 46 / 33 / 334 / 10.1
Shakir: 26 / 21 / 387 / 18.43
Diggs had substantially more targets, but barely more catches & yards than Kincaid. Shakir with more yards on nearly a 3rd of the targets. Diggs near 50% catch rate, Kincaid & Shakir are near 75%.
Also, the Bills aren't done yet. So are they worse at this very minute, considering they had Shakir & Kincaid last year as well? Yes. But will the rookie WR the Bills trade up for this week out-perform Diggs? Seems possible.

This is the problem with the talking heads. You talked but you have no idea what you're talking about. The bills are returning 75% of their starters from last year. The only ones that are gone were older players that had lost a step. So they got younger and a little more dynamic. They have a very solid nucleus of young talent. There will be some growing pains, but bills fans have a lot of optimism that some things will be much better. There are a few analysts that pay attention that have said the same thing. The bills are still the odds on favored to win the east. That wouldn't be the case if they had a bad roster.

Yeah CJ Stroud is young too and he just wanna playoff game. Everybody keeps giving Josh Allen he was young excuse but we seen other young quarterbacks come in and do better than he did.
Nobody knew Tank was gonna be a dog like that Nico Collins he wasn’t like that before CJ got there. That’s the difference Allen relies on having good players. CJ turns OK players to good players.
Outside of Josh Allen’s athletic ability. He is not like that. He just isn’t. He’s not good under pressure. He’s barely OK in fourth quarters when he has to make big decisions with his arm he’s more likely to make the wrong one which we’ve seen during the playoffs for more than one occasion especially against my Chiefs

The only actual downside is his turnovers. 4th quarter stats are misleading because they’re usual up by 2+ scores. Pretty sure it’s a stat saying the bills are #1 in point differential over the last few years.
And lastly you can blame josh for the playoff losses, but a heavy amount of the blame is usually placed on the defense because,in the forth quarter, he would put them in position to win and the defense would always mess up an assignment that would cost them the game.

The problem here is that people don’t recognize 1) that Allen has improved year over year (regardless); 2) he already elevated receivers before Diggs arrived and made it to the playoffs in his sophomore year (2019); and 3) the fact that Allen’s grasp of the offense is STRONG, and this CLEARLY shown from last season when Joe Brady took over midway, and the Bills rattled off win and after win against the wall.
People want Josh Allen to fail So Bad, so sorry, he is the Best QB in the NFL today and Tom Brady recognizes what I also recognize - that when the TEAM in Buffalo gets it together in the postseason, the best Postseason QB in the NFL will be in the Super Bowl and win it.

Oh..& a very good receiver, who ALSO turned into Casper during the KC playoff battles. Equally as important, he didn’t want to be in Bflo anymore. So goodbye & thanks for helping us almost get there, nlol. So wtf is everybody talking about. These moves had to be made..period! As a chiefs fan, did everybody forget how the bills lost to the Bengals in the last divisional round? Josh allen missed diggs 6 times wide open he over threw him twice, and then the other 4 the Bengals had him so shook he just didn't look at diggs no more. And then when in this recent divisional round yeah diggs missed a wide open catch. But josh allen also missed diggs on a crossing route and decided to go for the TD but under threw shakir in the endzone. In terms of QB talent, yes. But if you factor in teams overall, I'd say Goff, Purdy, and maybe even Lamar are way ahead of Allen in terms of chance to win a SB ring.

What a COMPLETELY STUPID and MEANINGLESS "point" by the guest pundit attempting to suggest Josh Allen needs Diggs and is "nothing" without him !!!! He tries to cherry-pick misleading statistics to make his point. He states Allen accumulated a 53-22 record with Diggs yet only had a 15-14 record without him. What's the point? How about the FACT that Diggs had NEVER been to a Pro Bowl before he got paired with Josh Allen (who helped him get to 3 Pro Bowls in his 4 years in Buffalo, and All-Pro once) !!! Moreover, so what that the BILLS' record with Allen at QB was 15-14 before Diggs arrived? The Bills didn't have Diggs during Allen's first few years -- the time when Allen just had raw talent and was only starting to learn the pro game. So of course he was more of a "project" with a huge "up side." By the time Diggs arrived, Josh had worked with Daboll for a bit, finally had a better team surrounding him, and he was ready to take off. Stop the nonsensical narrative that Diggs is the only reason for Allen's success and that his performance will somehow collapse without Diggs. Such pablum.
