Thank you, this is the best clear explanation of non-dualism I have heard. I will keep listening and practising. ❤🙏🙏

We don't recognize the awareness? As near as I can see this whole issue of not recognizing our nature by not recognizing awareness is just one spot on the dynamic whole.
    A snap shot.
It appears there's an endless number of states one has and ones relation to everything that defines it/you.
Knowing "it" is relative to one's perceived clarity as it appears to me.

Presumably you’ve realised of what you speak here with such certainty, so I’m curious to know if you still practice and meditate and, if so, is it to widen the gap of this non-dual “Knowing” endlessly? Or is there an end point where there’s just being oneness with the whole? Also I’m wondering how there can be an absolute undifferentiated awareness of this oneness if you say you’re not there to witness or be aware of it; I'm mean what’s aware? Finally, I’m also wondering what the ultimate purpose of this Knowing the oneness is; apart from not being bashed about by the thinking mind?

    QUESTION: SOS 🙏
Everytime we effectively fall into the "naked knowing", there's a moment where the intellect suddenly shifts us back into a separate awareness of our bodily existence. For eg, a thought or a feeling will show up as my own rather than a part of the single consciousness. At that fraction of a moment my mind is put into gear again because i have to remind myself that even that feeling or thought is just a part of that eternal knowing and that it doesn't really belong to me because there is no me. This happens painfully over and over again.. But then this very reminding to myself every now and then is also again just what i have to use my intellect for, by the very nature of which my own existence is breathed back to life again! It starts to feel a little frustrating because it almost appears like a never ending cycle of shifting between the two states.. as if there were no end! Am i missing something? Please help? 🙏

Listen to her… that’s all we have, glimpses. That is the point, and one can only aspire to return to observe the mind and wait for it to happen again

Does intentionally knowing that you know, creates/re-enforce a sense of a knower ...?? ❤️🙏🌈

      I believe...
      Awareness is just, simply, awareness...
A momentary "knowing",... arising and (completely) passing, due to causes and conditions...
      Just a function...
Participating in the knowing and constructing, the multidimensional, ever acamulating "story"
Just like matter, is momentary arising and passing, due to causes and conditions...
(The ultimate reality...the mystery...i believe, is is all together, a "separate" paradigm... beyond perception... (That is, inherently conditioned)...
      beyond awareness...
      Just to clarify this model...
Even the "Buddha" , who's i sense is completely destroyed, still do experience life, through a conditioned perception... except the brief periods, when "he" is , so called "entering Nibana"...(or you can say, the mind flow stops)
