      add 2 brown bread and some paneer into your breakfast or you can make sandwich of it to replace whey protein.

    If u r vegetarian and just eat egg in non veg then follow this 1800 calories and 150 gm of protein (without whey)
    1. Pre-oats 40g
    50gm banana
    2. 200gm tofu
    100gm soya chunks
    1 tsp ghee
    50 gm of raw rice
    (Make this and divide into 2 or three portions acc. To u )
    3. Evening snack - milk 500 ml
    4. Dinner -4 egg whites
    3 whole egg
    Ghee-1tsp
    2 roti (35gm each)
    Took a long time to write so like plz❤🎉
    Monthly costing is only -2800rs
    A nice tip - buy crate of egg then 1 egg will be of only 4 rs

    For this diet one must earn at least 70-80k so that they can manage 15k on food, it’s not easy, it can be done, but I appreciate these efforts by the creator.

      fibre isn't needed for optimal health, all the traditional medical knowledge on this is not correct, Think about it logically, if there was a traffic jam, would you add more cars to it to reduce the jam? no. So why would you add indigestable material if you are constipated.

      Eat paneer 200gm at noon with 3 chapati nd at morning dal and chapati.... Snacks include fruits and dry fruits and at evening normal meal with milk!!!
      It will be a good diet plan
      With mirr than 70gm protein pr day!!

    this is highly misleading. for lunch:-
    250 gram chicken:- 600 cal
    150 gram dahi:- 90 cal
    oil for frying:- 300 cal (u didn't mentioned amount you took. 300 cal is based on 2.5 tbsp min as I can see here)
    200 gram rice(even if cooked):- 260 cal.
    sums upto1200 calories. you said only 676 cal. don't fool new beginners here 🙄🙄🙄🙄
