He adds, “ *I drafted it for my colleagues* ...”
Bit of a T.G fan. So best wishes for his future and our prayers must go out to him, I worry for his safety, especially since the Amtrak “accident”.

Sandra Le Vett I believe that’s why he’s stepping down. Not to be a conspiracy theorist or anything but it’s strange that he’s leaving congress at this point after being such a warrior of truth and justice. I think he’s scared for his family or himself. Only thing that makes sense. I hope I’m wrong and he will continue to fight for this country. Maybe POTUS will appoint him to the head of the FBI. Being there will obviously be some opening positions after this scandal. He said he would not take an “elected position”. Fingers crossed he will accept an “appointed” position! Trey is a true American and it will be a tragedy to lose him!
