I really want to say - don't let anyone discourage you from posting these videos. You are doing great job in documenting Tibetan cuisine for future and other people who want to know more about it. It is very difficult to find Tibetan recipes online, therefore you are doing some great work in preserving such recipes and parts of the culture and language. It will become more valuable as time passes. No need to worry about what is the 'correct' recipe. Only what was taught to you and that which you learn is enough and valuable.

I love eating gyums but I cannot have it because I am vegetarian… I don’t like meat but when I see momo and gyuma.. my mouth is watering….🤪🤣😜😄🥱… Finally… I found you making Veg. Sausage… I will look for your restaurant in Manjula when I come in India… It is a good option for vegetarian diet people… what is name of your restaurant.., I will look for it:.. make nice chilly sauce… for dipping… 😂♥️🙏👍
