Mr idiot built home also built by builders
we went to one builder as my father's friend he is genuine and good. he quoted 2400 sq.ft with substandard materials and put 18% GST on top of that. also he said it will take 12-18 months for 3 BHK which was a simple design. also, he quoted 1.5 lakhs for borewell. when we contacted 8 different borewell companies nearby, 3 of them ready to do in 30K. so we decided to construct the house by ourself.

Belive me guys Builders make more money from all materials . Because they will get a very good discount from suppliers.
More than that they will cheat us ( not all the builders) by the following points,
1. Sanitaryware
2. Paint
3.tiles
4. Drainage tank
5. Sewage tank
6. Doors
7. Sand

If not given , they leave it unfinished.
Moreover no other contractor continues to make good the project.

Sir a answer to a question of silt area is also charged as other area, answer given by hire and build is totally NOT convincing he said we are giving electrial points and plumbing points for car wash and charging. In reality they are not building bathrooms kitchen and no walls no bath fittings no electrical swtiches , so they should be charging only 40% of the rate

Hi sir.. We are living in USA and we are going to purchased land worth 60 lac and the same bulider saying he will construct house.. Its like land with house.. Total amount 82 lac.. 22 lac for construction GF 1bhk.. 1st floor 2bhk
He is very well known builder in that area. Has built many villas, apartments.. Infact we are in touch with him since last 1yr.. So we know him very well.. And we are taking loan from hdfc bank
