My grandson asked me how to be saved. I bought him an excellent Bible and he asks me about things. He's reading it and asks me and I have explained about what Jesus did for us, who He is, who God is, .... he's hungry for it. I'm excited. I've been praying for my family and I'm seeing the stiring of the Holy Spirit in them. And myself.

I have found as long as we plant the seed and give them the key as you have with the Bible. We as Christians need to remember to be Humble, do not preach or condem others as we are not God and that the god of this world is not our one true God

Edit: after praying about his and talking with some of the comments, I realized that I forgot about what Jesus said that we should pray in private. While this comment was initially intended to bring myself low, all of the likes and comments started to put pride in my heart, and for that I’m really sorry. However, I will not delete the comment as there have been some theological discussions going on due to this that I don’t wish to end before they should.

I'll tell you I'm 61 and was stunned at just how much I never knew I was influenced by music and the things I'd watch. We were all indoctrinated by them the day we entered the Public School System. The little black hat with the tastle represents that we Graduated from their course. The Pledge of Allegiance was to the god they are worshipping known as little horn.

Last year I'm really obsessed with money, fame, worldly fashion-beauty, idols, party and can't wait to graduate from high school in 2022 so I can start my crazy journey with dream to achieve all of those things. I was stress, depressed, feel uneasy and confuse, I was arrogant till God destroys my vanity, He open my eyes He saved me from this world which I thank God for that. After graduated from high school I lost desire to reach for all those worldly things everything that I used to consider profit I consider trash. Now I'm a born again Christian I never fell this free and I'm solid as a rock. Now I lives for God and His will till eternal life, amen. Hallelujah 🙌🔥 thank You Jesus ❤ God bless 😊

Heavenly Father, we thank you Lord God for Pam who has asked for healing of her sons addiction. Lord your word says that you came to heal and set us free. Lord we believe for this young man’s salvation and to take away his desire for drugs. Lord as you know what I as a mother have been through this same story I thank you for helping my own son as he continues to be cleaned from his addictions. We pray and thank you Almighty God for answering our prayer requests. Amen, so be it.

@PamJamesI also being an addict to alcohol,and the sins that alcohol brings, I drank from age 14-59. All that time I prayed and prayed for God to help me, give me someone who loves me while still drinking. It wasn't until I finally was ready to give up that idol of alcohol that God took it from me overnight, that was 4 and 1/2 yrs ago. I had watched JD Farag video on idolatry that opened my eyes, of coarse the Holy Spirit. Do not stop praying for him, he knows his life is a mess. Praying for you and him. I was saved as a child and God kept after me till I gave it up. I made a mess of this life with alcohol and sins that go with it but get to have eternity free. I hope your son was saved before addiction, that way God will keep after him. I just wanted to encourage you. Blessings!

I think its a God sign, that Bsp. I belive, was just on Facebook but when i sign in, i was dumb, unkowned and too young. After them the last 15y. I lost all by ex just Not my mam. Now at the age of just 33. - Not signed by any Kind of Tattoos. By an accident i Broke my neck and i stod like everytime again on my legs. 2y. Later the 2nd time it Was realy closed to death again cause my darm by the stomik innerbody brokes thru. My dad and wife died too early when i was 18. Lost my house etc. BUT im still standig. The devil and the evtl trys every Day to put me or fight against me. As i notice that, all goes better. I'v Study all those Things the last 16y. And its like the Angel on the right side and the devil at the left, in the middle stands you, your brain Filter the true. God will bless you and all the choosen ones. God called me to a quiet little town in the middle of NA. I went from having it all in the city to living a quiet simple life with little money & I am the richest I’ve ever been. Happy as ever been. Content & at peace. Gotten closer to God and see him move in my life. I would never go back to a life of luxury, partying and spending money having lots of “friends.” I love my life here in a quiet little place in the presence of God.

It’s really true that the advancement of technology and time brought a lot of people far from the Lord. I have been telling this to my 11year old girl that this fast paced generation and it’s technology influenced a lot of people to not to focus on God alone but rather to the worldly things only. Jesus Christ is coming soon yet people of this generation don’t really care much about their souls and their relationship to the Lord..😞

You know, if you surrender your fear to God, to such an extent that you say to yourself I either live or die, so be it , I'm not going to resist or worry, you will be able to do that flight.
Many moons ago I had severe panic attacks associated with fast heart and shortness of breath.
This happened anywhere enclosed eg lift or a cellar or a theatre, a car and especially a plane.
It was triggered by overdosing on caffeine as I misread the instructions on my coffee maker, but the experience was so frightening that if I thought about it, it triggered an attack.
This went on for years.
I remember going up in the London eye in winter and once it starts moving you can't get out. The panic attacks were associated with feeling unbearably hot too, so in this capsule I started stripping off my coat & jumpers & scarves much to the surprise of others there !
Somewhere along the line I had to dfo a lot of flying and one was 24 hrs to Australia.
Well, somehow I got through by resigning myself to my fate. Either the plane makes it or doesn't and God will decide. Full stop. Period.
With this resignation over the situation, I was able to breathe through the attack and let it burn itself out as I observed it.
Over years it gradually disappeared but I can still get one occasionally and I do the same now - I resign into it, breathe and let it pass whilst observing it, as if it is separate from me.
Obviously these days I would pray it through & give it to Jesus, but resigning my control over the situation and relying completely on God whether I live or not really helps.
I hope this story helps you a little !
God will keep you if you tell him that you are going in Faith and Trust and with Gratitude!!!!!

@@FlippinJunkie Thank you, I almost died that day. A truck had hit the car my son and I were driving, Luckily we had just got out and were sort of next to it though. It was my daughters car, it was traumatising. I got a new Bible since then and I have asked for forgiveness but at that instant and through trauma I denied God. I have learned my lesson.
You've been given a gift. So many of us feel ill equipped to deliver the message. You are fulfilling your duty, beautifully.
Sometimes it's not speaking to others that sends the message. Sometimes it's how we walk in life and help other that gives the message. And Sometimes we have to step out in faith and know if you are giving a message of love, you can do no harm. God bless

I too hate my past and the times I failed even after coming to Christ. I look back now and think how on earth did I ever fall away? I would do anything to change it. I love the Lord with all my heart and desire only to follow Him. You're doing a great work for the Lord. Many people are visual and the video's you create are making a difference in the lives of many including myself. Keep up the good work!
God is so full of grace and mercy that He even uses our backsliding to secure our salvation. I too, backslid and it is a permanent reminder of how far Jesus Christ has brought me, a testimony to the power of God. He will never leave us or forsake us. Looking back, I never want to go back there again so it has increased my faith. I would be so much like the prodigal son, poor wretched and feeding the swine , without Christ in my life.

The Lord showed me this as I was severely troubled in my spirit after starting a YT channel to sell things. I quickly witnessed many lost people who bought compulsively. They couldn’t get enough and so I repented and started giving things away while given the gospel. I lost followers quickly but the peace of God filled my heart ❤️. I agree 💯 with you about the wokeness. I keep telling my husband. We are going to suffer persecution and the church needs to get ready. We need to follow Christ closely and understand how to deny ourselves and take up our crosses. I have stopped working on my house and trying to make deposits into the kingdom instead. If I can learn to live with less and less now, then when it’s taken away, the blow won’t be hard because I have already untangled myself from the cares of this world. Very good warning to God’s people.

I needed this video. Went to see Elton John the other night for my early birthday gift and though I enjoyed his music as a young girl, there were definitely messages on the massive screens that made me uncomfortable because they were 100% against the truth of God. Enjoyed your sermon, didn't have to think about or look it over in the bible, I just felt the lord in you. Lost both wife and only daughter back to back , I also started to sing at church , always with a message because it draws me to reading scripture . They all like my singing. Sometimes I practice late into the night. The message is crystal clear and that is to worship and love our lord with all our soul, heart and mind. Realized 😳 that we are disobedient sinners but that as long as our souls belong to him, and we are washed in his blood from our sin that we await heaven when he takes us there. I remember a documentary where people came from New Guinea to Britain to get their insight on our culture. It was rather sobering. They were shown around London and marvelled at St Paul’s Cathedral, hardly believing that humans could build such a thing but then they asked what the buildings were which towered above St Paul’s. On being told these were for Banking and Business they replied “In our culture no building can be higher than our Spirit House because it is more important than any other.” Wise words I felt.

Your an awesome preacher I'm 69 years old and you John Kirby helped me I lived over 50 years of sin and addiction but I always worked but I always chased the dragon old man heroine was my best friend my father was an angry man I always thought he was just crazy and since the age of 12 I escaped his reality and lived in the dragons sin this January at the age of 94 my father passed away and that's when I started to feel different it's a long story but I listened to one of your sermons and went straight to the bible I didn't know the holy spirit was starting to embrace me until I picked up the bible and realized I was the one to erase the sins of my father and for the first time in my life I'm at peace I never realized I was always blessed I survived liver cancer radiation a 9 hour operation removal of half my liver all the actions of a fool and I have no police record I have a pension and I collect SS when my father passed I found out my mother bequeath the house to me I have 3 brothers and they wanted me out and they all have houses it was very confusing until you John Kirby got me to read the bible and that's when I realized I was blessed so here I sit 5 years drug free 4 years cancer free in my own home which as far as I'm concerned belongs to the lord and now there's nothing that can convince me that the lord thy God wasn't always watching over me and this I had to share with you and once again thank you 🙏

I grew up in a very compromised situation. I was very vulnerable, when I found Satanism. I wanted so badly to be the most efficient of Satans, but the more I got to know the people in the CoS, the more I felt I didn't belong. There was a certain coldness I just couldn't achieve. Then I had a near death experience, and found that it just isn't my path. So badly, did I not want to be a Christian, because it made me more vulnerable as a youth. However, after taking all the hard knocks I have in life, I've become a very strong man. I had to die, to find God... but then I don't think I found him, as I wasn't looking for him... yet in the end, he found me. The biggest difference is, that before, I almost always got what I desired, through the use of Satanic tactics (referred to as lesser magic), and yet was inevitably left feeling hollow and unfulfilled. Now, I almost never get my way, yet I feel fulfilled and generally happy... even in the most chaotic, darkest of situations. I really saw the strength he gave me, when 2020 hit. Since my NDE I find that I seem to just know things that I shouldn't.... but it's not in my conscious mind. The moment of deception comes, and I just instinctively see through it. Even some deceptions involving mistranslations and incorrect interpretations of Biblical stories that I'd never heard or read. When he's "speaking" to me, every hair on my body stands on end... goosebumps everywhere, and when I go with it, the result is always beautiful in ways I couldn't have imagined. I'm the least likely of people to have these experiences. I never believed in this stuff, but since my brush with death, realizing my consciousness did not end at death, and having seen the beauty of what comes after, I simply can't deny it. It's spooky in a very strange and comforting way. My life has shifted complete desolation, to an endless source of joy.

I've studied multimedia technologies and I know what impact does a well assembled video( with frames of 3 secs) addressed to people with short concentration span. You do yours well. Very basic-extremely effective.

I don't know if there is such a thing, but do you know of a good book (no pun intended!) summarising how to best use multimedia technologies to create a "well assembled video" for those with a "short concentration span"? Perhaps a book from one of your university courses recommended reading list that is scholarly, but accessible? I have been working on creating a series of (very basic) animations taking inspiration from Scripture and theology but putting them in an urban style. It would be very helpful for me to learn more.

This is so true, when I was a child my pastor talked about music being bad and I watched kids started partying, drinking a doing drugs and their lives were ruined because the music praised partying and with that came the drinking and next is the drugs just like the singers!

Hiya, iv been suffering full body pain for the past 30yrs now, so I totally understand how you feel! It's a daily struggle isn't it? I'm crippled with it now and can't walk without holding on to something, & each step is horrendous. The only place I can get some sort of release is laying out flat in my bed that has memory foam to help support my body, it's more comfortable than anywhere else, but I still get unbearable intense pain even laying down, that's when I have morphine to help take the pain down, but I still feel it just not as intense. I too pray for all the people who are suffering with pain. I tell myself there's always others far worse off than me. I trust in Jesus and that he has a plan for me, I keep my faith strong and will not let the enemy get to me, even though its hard, i can do all things through christ who strengthens me ! Iv only been saved for the last 7 years, I'm 53 now, & wish I had given my life to Jesus long before I did. He changed me & gave me peace and a whole new heart !
