Personally, what would have made this scene 0:23 better is if the elevator doors open and Majima walks out like he was expecting Kiryu to walk right next too that one particular elevator.

I love how all four of his cutscenes in this video of him forcing himself into your current fight shows what fighting style he is about to use. The first time shows him using Slugger, the second is Thug, the third is Legend, and the last is Breaker.

Kiryu goes to psychologist because all of those random encounters are taking a toll on his sanity to the point that he's seeing Majima's face on everything from time to time. As he lays down on the divan and tells about his occasional hallucinations, the psychologist was writing down, but his head was covered by the notebook he is using. Once the session was done and Kiryu stood up to walk his way out, the notebook fell to the floor and then the psychologist said "You have quite the intriguing case, KIRYU-CHAN!"
