Mine too! I picked up this gem last month and it is unbelievable how good it is. I am guy who use devices for their purposes camera is camera, phone is phone, PC is PC, so I do not expect from one device to do it all perfectly. But this is one of the best devices that I used in last 5 years and it is mid-ranger!
yeah, i bought a nothing one for like one month ago. Just staggered by all the "secuvity updates" by nothing, plus all the android updates that came. I think it was andoid 11 when i bought it, now im running android 14. And, i have to admitt, i was looking for a cheaper phone from the beginning, but the looks got me. Im really impressed by what i got. I would recomend!
i traded my nothing phone 1 with my friend's s23 ultra with a cash difference. then i got so used to the snappyness and less bloatware on the nothing os. i asked my friend if i can have my nothing phone 1 back and he can take his s23 ultra back. crazy thinking about it. but the nothing phone has raise to wake, screen wakes up on any notification like the iphone. even the always on display was so epic. dont know if i can get the s24 in the future, even if the camera is better, but day to day use outshines the usefulness of the s23 ultra camera
This is why I’m more excited about nothing company than next iphone cuz it’s ceo has kinda same attention to detail as steve jobs with the aesthetics and looks
I have Iphone 13 poo max Space Gray 512 gb and i switched one year ago to Nothing Phone 1 White 12x256 gb and i am very happy with my choice Nothing Products are Fresh Air in old Market
Hey man im really thinking abt buying it now and i wanted to ask you abt bugs and speed, is it fast and bug free? How about refresh rate? Can you set it on 90? Thanks man
@@TheTechPlayoffs oh thank you for answering! I will definitely buy it now that I now I have 50 euros discount for being a student hahaha I'll get it new for 279

I was lucky enough to get in on that beta program that they offered us here for the US and let me tell you something it's the best $299 I ever spent in my life I'm not even going to say nothing go ahead and use it for a week or two and then do a review and you'll see how good this phone is I'm here in So.Utah and I get great 5g coverage with my T-Mobile Sim great signal strength and with my Verizon Sim 4g LTE I love this phone and I have quite a few phones from Flagships to Midrangers but there's just something about this phone that keeps my main Sim card in it.
I would like to add one more stuff to it's features that the video quality is just next level at its price range. I compared it with Samsung s21 fe n surprisingly the video quality is far superior.
Bruh i did not buy this phone cause it was super new in the market and had a lot of issues when launch so i skipped this and bought IQOO neo 6 which is kinda flagship killer but yah now if i get to buy this phone or exchange with i'm blindly going for it
what os were you using cause i heard that there was unstable updates that caused screen issues and made the screen look poor and are you facing problems with the camera after the update?
Have you noticed any purple smearing? It's usually visible on black background while you're scrolling in low brightness. I checked the Telegram group and some of the guys told me that it's present in every unit due to Nothing using a cheap panel.
Probably thats an issues for every AMOLED display with high refresh rate, pretty normal for me with 90hz from oneplus 7t pro. That Purple smearing these are pixels turning off because its black pixel.
Hey can you please make a video on how much instagram and snapchat is optimized on this phone? And maybe a day in life video. NO one is talking about its video shooting capabilities.
hey bro i am planning to buy this phone soon do u still recommend me it? i mean its been a year and half since it came out and the nothing phone 2 its like 600 while i can pick the nothing phone 1 for half of the price so is it still worth it or was there any signs of it ageing or something after heavy use?
It's a good phone for everyday normal task even some light gaming.. the software and the battery is still pretty decent.. if it was me I would definitely get the nothing phone 2 but the 1 is still good
@@TheTechPlayoffs yeah I agree with you but the price is just too high if the nothing phone 2a came out although I doubt it, it would be a nice phone especially that it is between the 600$ nothing phone 2 mark and the 400$ nothing phone 1 mark, same thing spec wise
Bro the Snapdragon 778g is not a budget processor lol. Also, you didn't even mention how the camera software got updated to the point of actually being comparable to Samsung's upper mid range series
Yeah the phone is okay for the price but I am definitely getting a Samsung S23/24 over this but if you don't wanna spend that much then yeah this phone is alright ( sorry man but those cameras are dogshit RESPECTFULLY )
I've been using this device since a week or so .. and bro .. this machine is mind-blowing in it's price segment

I always wanted an android phone with the current apple hardware design and Nothing gives me that.
I just got mine today. So blown away how good this phone is.

And can you change the layout, for your apps, not up to down
But left to right..
Customisation details and i really want that wallpaper👍
I wish they used Snapdragon 8gen 2 as that's the only thing that is turning me off from getting Nothing Phone 2...
Try it with matte screen protectors.. it's even a better experience

Now that the phone 2 has been released and is double the price I'd recommend the phone 1 over the phone 2 :)
Phone 2 is on another level.
camera cut out in NP2 back to the middle 😢
Can I have the link to the wallpaper ?
what are u think? i wanna buy nothing 1 in middle east very soon u think that's good phone for this time? or not?
It’s so pretty good until now you should try!
Wallpaper link pls?
Love your video i cant wait for (2) 😊😊
"This design is so different" Bro chill, that looks just like an iphone 12 with transparent back panel and leds attached to it in terms of "DESIGN".
It is great, I wanted to buy it until I saw Samsung A54 just 2 days ago so I got that one
You recommend buying it today? Even though its been released for over a year?
Honestly if u can afford the nothing 2 I recommend that one over the nothing 1 newer SD makes a big difference
Its a bit out of my budget, its either this one, samsung a54 or oneplus nord 2t. What do you think? Appreciate your reply
