Hi Chris, I decided I needed to try a Ribbon Pour after being inspired by someone's patterned blouse I saw! I knew where to come for some know how and further inspiration 💜 Your videos have helped me so much, just wanted to say another thanks 🤩

Good to hear! Go paint something wonderful! 😘
Belos trabalho!
muchas gracias!
This is really pretty, Chris. There's a lot to look at. Amazing how a painting keeps changing when it's tilted. When your sister does the big pour, will you film it?
Thank you! I'll ask her!
This is cool! I noticed you don’t use a base color or flow extender
Thanks! I rarely see the need for a base coat...when I do, I mention it. 😘
Very pretty , can I ask you why you don’t pour paint around your pour t help with tilting? Thank u!
I just don't feel it's necessary and is a waste of paint, but your question has given me an idea for a video...I will do an experiment with and without a base coat, same colors, same mix, same technique and see if there's a difference in the outcome. Maybe I'll do a third one with a thin coat of Floetrol (I've done that before, with success but it would be interesting side by side). Thanks for asking!
I have watched a few of your videos & noticed you are not placing any base paint or surround your ring pour with paint to help it flow better. Do you have a problem sometimes getting it to flow easily, or the PM medium helps it flow where you want it? It turned out great.
I don't generally see the need for a basecoat...it stems from my frugalness that I don't use one! I did an experiment with and without and didn't see a discernable difference. Thanks for asking!
Can i ask what consistency is your paint love this pour its amazing x
Thanks, Karen! I made a video on how I mix this PM and the consistency needed for this type of pour...here is the link:

Thank you just watched it ❤
Do you ever use a base coat or flow extender?
Rarely, though I have started scraping up leftovers and using that as a flow extender when I haven't mixed enough paint. 😊
Love this!
Thank you, Frank!
