(132) ACRYLIC POUR LANDSCAPE - Half pour/Half Brush Painted FLUID ART
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 31 дек 2020
- I wanted to try a landscape again...I think I was much more successful this time! LOL! I plan to let it dry and hand paint some trees or something else on it...it just needs a bit more, in my opinion.
I used Arteza pouring paints for the poured part. I can't really tell you what colors I used; most of them were custom mixes of several colors. Save 10% on Arteza products by using the coupon code ChrisJeszeck3 (valid until January 17). I make a small commission at no extra cost to you. :)

Hi Chris I did enjoy this very much. I could listen to you all day as I sit at my desk doing my own painting. I actually saw a totally different scene to you..imagine the sky, moving on down to the mountains or hills then a very thin strip of dark ocean. Your bubbles became my boulders along the foreshore then the stripes were sand, seaweed, grasses etc. I think the half and half (although not the norm) actually works here - I love big skies....either way I look forward to your embellishments..have a happy day and thankyou 🤗😘🥰
It's so interesting what people are seeing! Now I'm seeing the foreground as the ocean, with sand in the background, in front of the mountains. No need for trees! But I'm still not ruling it out...thank you for your kind words of support, Jenny!
I love the way you talk to us while thinking it out. Very educational. Plus you have a great talent. Thank you.
Thank you, Claudia! I appreciate the encouragement!
Wow Chris this is awesome! I agree regarding letting it dry and paint those trees. Thank you for all your teachings this past year. May you and all your love ones have a Healthy New Year!!! I always look forward to your videos...you're so kind.
Your comment warms my heart! Thank you for your kind feedback!
I love the simplicity of this design
I am quite pleased, if I may say so!
I'm learning so much. Beautiful!
Thank you! I like hearing that!
Love it!! Reminds me of being in an aeroplane on the runway getting ready for take off!!♥
What a fun comment! I can see that!
This is really striking! Grabbed my attention immediately! Just stunning! Perfect colors. Thanks for sharing. Be well.❤️
Thanks very much, Linda! I appreciate the encouragement!
I loved watching this and your process; seeing your frustration and facing your challenging dilemma as to what to do next. I'm so glad that you didn't go ahead and paint those trees that you then did as a practice and didn't like. I think that it looks lovely just as it is, yet I know what an excellent artist you are and will make an awesome job of enhancing it with trees when it's dry if that's what you decide to do. 💕
I'm really undecided after reading all these comments and the different interpretations! I think I'll paint on clear plastic first and see what it looks like. Thank you for your feedback, Alison!
@@ChrisJeszeck What a fabulous idea!
I'm glad you stopped, you had me worried when you started pouring that paint in the cup to do the trees. 😁 I love it so far and can't wait to see you paint on the trees!
Me, too! I would have been so unhappy if I had poured my ugly trees on there!!
Just so beautiful Chris ! ❤️
Thank you!
Love your landscape!!😃🎨
Thanks very much, Lani! Thanks for watching!
This is very helpful! Thanks for the tutorial!
My pleasure...thank you for watching!
It’s beautiful
Thanks so much, Sue!
It looks so nice🥰
Thank you!
Looking forward to trying this.
Have fun with it!
This was very interesting, l was wondering how to do a painted and poured painting, this is lovely good choice of colours cant wait to see it finished with your trees 🥰🥰🥰xxx
Thanks very much, Mandy! Stay tuned!
Looks ok so far .
I'm glad you approve, Andrew! 😘
Really like this. The it’s at the horizon line look like boulders. I would put the trees in when dry.
Thank you, Gloria! I like your interpretation.
Chris, I could listen to you and watch you paint all day. This was really interesting, and I learned a few things about skies! When you turned the canvas around, I could see grassy dunes around the edges of water. Gorgeous! P. S. Happy New year! P. P. S. I'm coming shopping soon!! Yeay! Lol xx 😘
Thank you, my dear! I really appreciate your kind feedback and encouragement!
Oops sorry Nicky it looks like I stole your words but honestly I always write my comments before reading others, my words, like yours come from the heart and I have often told Chris how much I love listening to her. So apologies to you, have a happy safe new year🤗
To me it looks like you're on the beach, looking across the water to the islands - love it. A little row boat on the shore and a few small trees on the islands? Happy New Year to you and yours Chris :)
I like the sound of that very much! You may just have given the best idea! 😘
So beautiful, and fun to watch! Just what I needed this morning. Thanks!
My pleasure...thanks for watching!
Love this! Cannot wait for part two!!😃
Thanks so much! 😘
I love your teaching skills. I’ve never had any formal training so your tips and tricks to brush painting are so welcoming. You are wonderful to watching and your work is truly inspiring. Thank you so much!!!
Jennifer, I truly appreciate a comment like yours...encourages me to continue! Thank you!
Looks a lot like what I do, (pour, then embellish) but I think yours will be better, You are an amazing artist. 💜💜💜
Thanks, Christine! My favorite part of pouring is embellishing! LOL. Though once in a while a pour is a stand alone piece. 😘
Can't wait to see the trees. Round canvas are my favorite.
I love them, too, though I don't seem to sell many. They're hanging all over my house! LOL!
I like it...good job...
Thanks, Paulette!
It's Gorgeous and I can't wait to see it when you add the trees. Thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching, Candace!
Chris this is fabulous! You are so much fun to watch and learn from! ♡♡♡
Thanks so much, Kris! I really appreciate the feedback!
Beautiful
Thank you!
It's lovely! Thank you for trying out the landscapes, I seem to be somewhat hooked on them at the moment! I'm looking forward to seeing the trees!
Thank you! I wasn't going to do any more, but now I'm somewhat hooked myself!
This turned out Beautiful Chris!! Love it! 💙
Thank you very much! 😘
You are hilarious ! … I think I will subscribe just cuz you are just like me … so indecisive … so hesitant to just do it ! …not overly sure if you should do this or that lol … I have finally found someone who I can relate to and who can most likely relate to me … PLUS the fact your work is gorgeous and different than most ! …I wish my pieces turned out as good when I added in little touches … mine are quite the opposite ! … lol
LOL..thanks for your fun comment and welcome to my channel!
I love it. There is a lot of sky but I find it peaceful and am not sure it even needs trees. Love how you did that sky, so pretty.
Have you ever watched DwightPours? I am loving his modern, simplistic, often monochromatic paintings. Sara Taylor does some beautiful work too.
Yes, I'm familiar with both...great work! I thought of you yesterday...painted a sister to "Relax"...just uploaded! 😘
I like it! I have been doing a lot of poured landscapes inspired by Priscilla Batzell.
I just saw one of hers the other day...very fun!
@@ChrisJeszeck loved watching you do the sky on this one. Very informative. Will be trying this!
I must look up Priscilla I dont think Ive seen her work..but we are rather spoilt by Chris dont you think?😊
@@jennyc5132 they are both wonderful!
Have you ever watched Priscilla Batsell at Expressionist Art study she does a lot of landscape pours, you may get some ideas from her. Just a suggestion
I have watched a couple...very fun! I'm doing one more landscape then moving on. If I really want to paint a landscape I'll use brushes! LOL! 😘
Please leave as is. No trees. I like the bare feel of sand dunes this evokes for me.
We shall see...I like it as is, too...will see how I feel about it when dry!
Why a tree?
I kind of feel it needs something vertical for compositional balance, and a tree or a group of trees fits the bill. 😊
Blessings for the new year, Dear Chris. Been gone for serious reasons, not neglecting you! Just a thought, if you don’ mind me suggesting so. If you look at your work upside down, you will see it. There is a disconnect due to this sky colour and the beautiful ribbon plain, in the hue, not the tone. This is halving the work, I think, not the composition. Please dismiss if I have offended you. Last thing I would want is to be critical for the sake of it.❤️🇦🇺🦋
I'm never offended by intelligent feedback! I will take a closer look when dry...not seeing the disconnect right now, but it's something I could easily fix when dry. I'm sorry to hear you have been having difficulties...I pray that 2021 will be healing and healthy for you and yours. 😘
Chris Jeszeck Thankyou for your kind words, Chris.
Beautiful
Thanks! 😘
