    Hey I love your videos...They are very informative and you are great at teaching...Thanks for sharing this technique, I think its brilliant. I would of loved to have studied the placements of the end result after washing and drying her but before you coloured it again..I am new hairstylist and It was a little hard for me to see the blend on hair that wasn't very contrasted...it would be nice if you could do it again on more contrasted hair lol ok now im pushing it,i know..... ill have to get out a manican and try the technique for myself cuz i could definitely use an express technique like this one.... cheers

    • @TheLifeOfHair
      @TheLifeOfHair  3 года назад +1

      Thank you very much Vaishu what I would say on the fringe front Dependent on the fringe style doing a money piece isn’t really very suitable it only really works well on hair that is on layered around the front that is where you get the maximum effect from any peace otherwise it gets lost underneath the fringe. I do have some videos on many pieces over on my channel go to my playlists look on the colour alternatively search the life of hair Money piece into RUclips and it will bring up the videos that I have made all of the techniques work well on Asian hair types you just cater them to the specific needs of the hair colour

    Or would that not work as well?

    • @TheLifeOfHair
      @TheLifeOfHair  4 года назад

    • @TheLifeOfHair

    Could you lift many levels of hair colour with this technique? I'm planning to do a silver hair/black root colour on my hair and wanted to use this technique (except that I would make 12 pony tails) because it makes the colour transitions very smooth. Would this work in your opinion? Maybe if I put more foils into the ponytail? (Like, not only one per ponytail)

    I have highlights which are growing out, my natural hair is mousey brown colour, with bleached highlights, just past my shoulders in length, would this work on me.

    So without the bangs, would that just be a triangular section going forward, or up?

      Great question, straight up for maximum softness 😁👍🏻

    When you don't have bangs, would it be 8 or 6 sections?

    Instead of flipping it to apply bleach to the bottom of the first half of each section, could you not just lie it on top of the foil with bleach already on the foil? It would also help hold that first half in the foil while you deal with the second half.

    Why did you ffwd all the best parts? Lightning was terrible from time to time too, and the camera filmed more roof and walls than the clients hair. Cool outcome though 👍

    I don't see the point of bleaching out the red, and then putting more or less the same red back on. Couldn't you of darkened the roots, and just put a deeper red on the colour she already had?

      Yes Dean you have made a very good point to be honest this video was more about getting the technique across rather than the technical implications it was one of those spur of the moment let’s do this I had only just started the channel and finding my feet 😁👍🏻
