I never felt the need to pledge, just didn't like the types of "ladies" that were interested in pledging. I am, however, veeeery concerned about the ex Greeks who have denounced, disassociated, and disaffiliated themselves. With all the seedy, satanic-like rituals you all took part in, I am wondering what type of "hold" they put on, and may still hold on, your spirit. All of you should figure that out and seek God to break whatever binds they have on you.
I went to an HBCU and desperately wanted to pledge but I got sick the semester before and had to sit out. When they found out they “refused to pledge” me b/c I was a “haz…. liability.” I was heartbroken. All of my friends were chosen. Looking back that rejection was God’s protection. I love God so much and would’ve been heartbroken to have put another god (little g) before him. Great series sister ❤️🙏🏾

Not one time during my 25+ years as a member of AKA did I inquire about the beliefs of my former sisters. Not one time. I didn’t know WHO they worshipped or what they believed about Jesus. I just ignorantly assumed that everyone was riding for Jesus. This was a major conviction for me that led me to denounce. I just shake my head at the possibility that I was spending large amounts of time and fellowship with ppl who could have been worshipping Satan, new age, voodoo, witchcraft. And yes, the level of confusion in the sorority is unreal. And many of those members lived for the confusion. A nasty spirit definitely roams and takes precedence amongst the membership, even when they are “playing” nice. Deception. No more “Thank you Etheeelllll” for me! Thank You Jesus!! 🙌🏾
@@thunderscorpion770 sadly, talking about God on that level wasn’t part of my pledge process. Sure we went to church and maybe said a group “prayer or two” Which all led me to believe that everyone had Jesus in their heart. One of the main point’s leading people to denounce is the high level of deception in all of this.
Yes they tried to scarifice me in 2021 I almost died lost my teeth. They did strong voodoo on me in baltimore Maryland to get my blood which did spill but not all the way to death. I went through spiritual warfare badly I had no one to talk too physically but I had Heavenly Father and the Messiah which showed me who it was.
Amen I am glad the holy spirit came upon you to leave. God is first in our life and no one can take his place.

I follow this channel because my husband pledged in college. When we married he said he wasn't really involved anymore... That was a lie. The double mindedness of this man is insane!!! He is tormented. He is miserable. The closer he tries to get to God the more problems we see in our lives. He won't renounce the fraternity. He believes he's a man of God. He is not! Don't damn yourself with them. You've got to workout your own soul's salvation with fear and trembling. Don't be pressured to join covenant with demons.

I am blown away because the testimonies are different but how God pulls us out is the same. He does this through:
- Tugging on your heart to be in relationship with him
- Placing you in a season of isolation
- Putting denouncing videos on your timeline (even when you weren’t looking for it)
- Placing ppl in your life as confirmation
- Circumcising your heart
- Emboldening you and strengthening your faith
- Making it crystal clear to GET OUT by telling you or showing you with a strong pull!!

My Ex Bff was a Q dawg. This is a young Man born and raised in the BAPTIST CHURCH, Sunday to Sunday. So he went away to Morgan State and Pledged and when we seen each other years later..n i seen the brands on his arm, heard the stories about paddling and broken bones he received i was horrified. He was so PROUD of it all. I tried 1 time to tell him softly "Poop (our nicknames) you know your serving a deity and this is not of God" he was so highly offended. Used to sing that "All of my Love...peace and happiness" chant in my ear all the time until I asked him to please stop bc I wasnt into that. We are no longer in contact, he had alot of other issues trying to pursue his medical degree. I think of him every now n then bc this was my guy Bff but I had to let him go bc he was consuming too much of my time and he never respected my path or position. I saw thru the arrogance & ignorance he was just a nerd who wasnt accepted as a cool kid back home which is how many get trapped and sucked in to these groups and gangs even.

Yes, many of the guys that pledged on my campus were nerdy and couldn’t get a date in high school…. All of a sudden, they get 2 colors and 3 letters and they are “running these ho’s” and acting like they are playboys and pimps. It was really interesting to observe.

Sounds like a familiar story. My BFF pledged Alpha. Same! A preacher's kid who stayed in the church practically on a daily basis. A kid who had low self-esteem and was viewed as the nerd in his neighborhood and schools. And then the arrogance and conceit, and ultimately, the disrespect for females, who were not pledges or in Sororities, kicked in. Can't tell you where he is today...

I hope you are reading this Lala: This is coming from someone who as never pledged or even experienced the traditional college life (i.e.,, I went to college when I graduated, got on academic probation, and went home the first year. However I did acheive my B.A. later)...one thing I notice from the videos I've watched is that all of these people had a calling on their life before they got on campus. God put ALL OF YALL there to do exactly what yall doing, You all were never there to "cross over". Your assignment was to experience that so you lead these other young folks to the REAL light and life! God bless you and everyone that comes on the channel to share their testimony! This was good! I’m not a member of D9 but have been encouraged to join and I was never interested for what she is saying. I have friends in the org and hearing what they do for initiation and the “sisterhood” that seems to be all but…has caused me to want no parts.
I never understood the alter part. To me it seems like they strip you of who you are, make you all the same, then rename you according to who they deem you to be in the person you are making a blood covenant with.
I don’t argue with people, they are allowed to make the choice they want. I only have control over my choices, It’s just not my thing.
I only need to be in blood covenant with God who truly covers me with the blood of Jesus.

The part where her former LS mention it being a personal conviction struck a chord with me. Because when I told those who were in the organization I denounced they made it seem like I made it an idol and not the organization inherently being idolatry. I Love watching these videos. I guess I just Love seeing people who have been freed and to see the Joy they have. I also just love watching testimonies period. Thank you! I have been a Christian since I was 17. I have struggled with becoming an AKA in 1980 as a young 19 year old. It was so long ago I could not remember some of the rituals. This testimony brought some memories back to me of what was done. I have been very active in church and giving my life to God. I have never felt at peace with being a part of AKA. After 40 years I became active and tried to force my will to be a part of a local chapter, (empty nester), thinking maybe this will fulfill a new purpose in me, but struggled so much in my mind and spirit to be a part of it, never felt at peace, others seemed fine and I struggled. I know it is the Holy Spirit. I could not stay because God told me to choose Him. I am inactive again, and am denouncing every part of AKA this time. I only choose God, my father, my savior Jesus Christ who died for my sins. Thank you Holy Spirit for being so very patient with me!

For me, my revelation that I received was how dark that season was for me. I realized that every year around the time we had the underground process, I got anxious, depressed. It was like a cloud above my head every year.

I never joined a sorority, BUT these videos have caused me to ask the Lord to show me if there is anything in my home, on my body (tattoos/piercings), ANYTHING that I have entered into, covenant, unknowingly that is NOT ok. I find myself examining my body, walking room to room to make sure there is nothing on the walls, in the drawers, in the closets, anywhere that is not of God. My prayers have been, show me what has to go across the board

This young woman is preaching big time! I decided to withdraw my membership from a non-BGLO organization I joined in college. It's a business organization, but there were rituals and oaths and lots of ungodly behavior. I never felt comfortable as a member, but I wanted to belong. I emailed the organization last night while watching one of these videos, and the process is like it's designed to shame and embarrass you into staying. They even refer to it as a "request." I'm not requesting my fielty back; I'm TAKING it!

I attempted to join AKA twice in college and was rejected both times. Now i see why..... GOD BLOCKED IT!
Same. I thank God all the time because there was no way I shouldn’t have been apart with my credentials and connections. Even my sponsor was surprised that I didn’t get accepted in. I look back at it as God’s protection because He knew where He wanted to take me in life spiritually and I’m so thankful.
I’m white and my best friend is black. We roomed together in college for four years, and were both in sororities. We LOVED our sororities, at first and we loved that our two sororities has an amazing bond and often did sisterhood events together. I was on a predominantly white sorority, Delta Zeta, and she was an AKA. Our sororities were different, but also so much alike and so “girly” and both has amazing, beautiful, and intelligent women. Also, both of our sororities were pink and green, and her animal was a frog and ours was a turtle. You should have seen our dorm room and eventually our apartment! Everything was pink and green and frogs and turtles! Even though there were lots of similarities in our sororities, there were also lots of differences. The secrecy and sneaking around during her process was SO different than the rush and new member process I experienced. We told one another everything, until her AKA process began. She was randomly missing and unavailable all the time, she was sneaky and super quiet about her whereabouts and activities and social life. She honestly seemed sad and depressed and “on call” for the first few months of her AKA journey. It really changed her entire life and took over her life. She was expected to be with those girls all day, every single day, and night too. It was way more than just a fun and philanthropic group like I was in. It really changed her it became almost cult like.
Im a black girl and pledged Delta Gamma at my school (we were also known as beautiful girly girls). I was the only dark skinned black girl who crossed. there were two biracial girls but the other 33 girls were legacy white girls❤ I wanted to do AKA but I just remember having so much confidence at that age saying "im not sucking up to anyone. I am who I am and we suck up to each other" (lmao I was really arrogant back then 😭) also growing up in a predominantly white neighborhood and amongst the same social class as many of my sorority sisters, it did not feel "as weird" to be around white people as my sisters. I also remember one black girl was in a class before me too that really took me under her wing 🥲❤

It is a cult. My granddaughter was disappointed when she was not chosen. She is smart and beautiful. I told her forget them. You are a leader and you don't need an organization for validation!

I’m not part of a sorority, but because of what God has called me to, I have been watching these videos and Taylor was a blessing. God used her for me in different areas in my life and I thank her and Lala for allowing them to be used. I needed this in more ways than one!! Keep moving…Keep pressing…Keep ministering…Keep striving…and I declare and decree that God is going to bring the increase however He sees fit 100 fold just because of your obedience.
The anointing is all over Taylor! I have never been apart of a sorority, but I’ve always wanted to join. There was something always preventing me from joining though. I truly appreciate this series, Taylor’s truth, and God’s protection in the physical and spiritual.

Awesome Testimonial! I also denounced and renounced AKA, and I am free. I can only pray others wake up and stop defending and being offensive to what is truth and not error! Sororities and Fraternities are idols.
This series is so powerful. In college I really wanted to join greek life and opportunities created themselves but God started revealing things that I couldn’t get past, and realizing that there was more than what meets the eyes. I did try join senior year and in that process I was praying and growing in my relationship in God then and I couldn’t see it through my body gave out and I got sick that semester and my grades were dropping so I left it without getting too far. This series randomly popped up and I started watching it and Im so grateful because I’m reflecting back on God’s grace and realizing how much the Holy Spirit looked out for me cause I don’t think I would have had the strength to leave once in. Thank you.

@Lala I always wanted to pledge Delta…I heard about some of the hazing measures that went on…so I knew I would get kicked out…because I would fight back…so I didn’t pledge but always wished I had…then to hear my Pastor say you shouldn’t pledge but did not go into detail why you shouldn’t always made me want to know why…I found your channel…and I am so glad I did not pledge or try to buy in or pledge after not being in college…Thank you for creating your channel.

I was amazed by this testimony! I'm not greek, but I can think of at least 25 Deltas and 10 AKAs on ONE SIDE of my family. My mom's an Alpha Angel (former. She denounced before even graduating college) and my Dad's a Kappa. Greek life was around me from birth. I was all about being a Delta since I could remember. But I couldn't pledge because they were suspended on my campus during my college days and I wasn't interested after that. I was heartbroken in college but I got over it quickly once my little cousin told me about her pledge experiences and the pettiness in her chapter. She has since denounced as well. Even though I never pledged, I asked God to forgive me for even wanting to put something ultimately demonic before Him! My bff became a Zeta through their grad chapter a few years ago. I was so disappointed. I pray for her to be delivered. I finally sent her one of your videos this morning because she is the only person I think of when I see these and I feel like I'm supposed to share it with her. I hope she recognizes what she's doing and corse corrects immediately! But I did what I feel called to do (for now. I may feel like I need to do more later but right now I feel as if I fulfilled my call from God to share the message) and we'll see how it goes! Please keep doing this series. It's amazing!❤❤❤

I am really enjoying this series!!! Taylor preached!!!! I am not apart of a sorority. However, I had to pray, confess, repent and denounce idolatry due to ungodly covenants I made through romantic relationships.
