There’s something very insidious about the men essentially choosing to abuse the women as part of the pledging process. You have a wife and children at home yet you decide, in your ego, to return to a form of your “glory” to abuse young women. That’s absolutely evil.

This process of joining any organization coincides with rituals (of the devil) by pledging, taking oaths, chanting, and being tortured/abused willingly. I loved the fact that she specified that in their books it never specified which god is being referenced in their books, which lets you know it was not of The One True God, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
I was prepledging when a sponsor actual told me “you don’t wanna do this”. I’m still grateful to her.

I am sooooo glad my daughter decided NOT to pledge AKA while in college. I was disappointed, but GOD knew best. My sister denounced & is non affiliated with AKA🙏🙏

The same here, I asked my daughter why she didn't pledge a sorority and she said, "Wasn't interested plus all the money you have to pay" Now I am so very thankful she didn't pledge. I had a late uncle who was a mason , he would share certain things with us, but only up to a certain point.😮

I begged my daughter to join a sorority thinking it would help her. She told me flat out ABSOLUTELY NOT. she's not gonna be physically or verbally abused by anyone.
I'm glad she didn't listen to me.
My mom wanted me to pledge Delta or AKA so bad ever since I was in elementary school. She also wanted to send me to Jack & Jill stuff, but none of it sounded like anything that fit me. She told me about some of the hazing in sororities and I told her if anyone ever touched me I was going to hurt everyone in the room (I had a lot of quiet anger back then and I was STRONG). I think God let me be shy and anti-everything to keep me out of covenants and I’m thankful for it.

This sounds like me. My mom was an Alpha Sweetheart and warned me about greek life, but in my head I was Delta Bound because I have a family FULL of Deltas. I was thinking about it my sophomore year in college and I said to myself "Can you let one of these strangers hit you without going blank? Girl, no! Stay home" and I did just that!😂😂😂 I thank God I did! I know pledging wouldn't work for me.

I knew very little about sororities prior to college; however, I liked the delta’s because they ran the yard. Everyone knew I was a Christian when I went to the rush. A girl from my home town was the president of the chapter; however I did not know her. After the rush she saw me on the yard and said to me, “This is not for you”! You don’t have to tell me twice, thank you Jesus and say no more!
Whew! That's a strong hedge of protection around you when the devil say, "You can't sit with us." My God today! I love it!

This series is fire! My oldest is at a HBCU we don’t sugar coat, I share all of these denouncing videos with her. My daughters know, be yourself in a world full of followers. This Greek life is not what’s up.
In addition to everything else, how about the number of psychopaths and sociopaths who apart of these orgs? Just coming out to inflict mental and/or physical pain upon ppl. Recently denounced AKA, and I knew many members in these orgs who weren’t financial, weren’t around for any service projects, but would come out of the woodwork when folks were on line.
And let’s not forget that over half of the black caucus are part of the Divine9! No wonder they are so greedy

That's the funny thing about these orgs. They are filled with losers who are only esteemed among each other. In the world, where nobody cares about their little org, they are never as bold or aggressive.

I am glad I came across this series. I was thinking about pledging Zeta Phi Beta next year. I have made my decision to steer clear.
Sister LaLa I’m glad you’re doing this series. I have some family and friends that are in these organizations and I’m praying that they get out. I know a lot of it is probably just ignorance or wanting to feel apart of something. It’s so prevalent throughout the black community that a lot of us don’t even know the ramifications behind it. I never wanted to be apart of any of it because something didn’t seem right about it. I wasn’t even thinking about the idolatry at that point. It’s just something felt off about it. The chants, the signs, sticking tongues out and carrying on, I knew something was off. My parents were weary of it and so was I. I’m glad I steered clear. Everyday with Jesus is sweeter than the day before. Choose Him! Seek after Him instead of these organizations. I don’t care what is black. If it’s black and going against the savior, miss me with it!
I never was in a sorority. I knew about most of this by the time I was a teen. My step grandmother was a Eastern star. These stories can help many as this is very prevalent in our community and celebrated.

Thank you for your testimony Radiant. I too am a Zeta and am getting ready to denounce. I have been inactive for a long time now but am still connected to some of my Soror’s. It has never worked out for me I always felt like the elephant in the room and was told I should have pledged AKA😂😂😂 Nahhh, I pledged JESUS at age 12 and I should have stuck with him👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. But I’ve learned alot and I know what don’t work for me. So the tag is coming off and all paraphernalia is going away. It just does not work for me. It hasn’t since the day I pledged. I am now an entrepreneur of two businesses 🙌🏾🙌🏾 through the help of the Lord. I am blessed. I appreciate your transparency and honesty. I am moving forward.
Hey Soror. Do you think had you been financial and active that would changed your mind? My sands is and she denounced ΖΦΒ several years ago. When I was on line for Sigma she was pledging Zeta. Even though she’s no longer a Zeta. I still consider her my Soror and sands. Either way. I’m glad you found you calling and God bless you.
We have similar stories! Packed away mostly everything last summer. The final few things ate going out this week. The paperwork is heading to the national office as well.
I sent my denouncement notarized letter via Certified Mail and I emailed a copy of the notarized letter to Membership Coordinator as well. I received a response via email. When I sent it without being notarized I received no response. Without the notarization you can be anyone sending a letter. Definitely notarize that letter.
Beating someone is such a slave mentality. The wood replaces the whip. Why would you let someone beat you? I pledged Zeta in 1980 and we were put down because our chapter DID NOT HAZE! We were the exception. My daughter became a Zeta at an HBCU, and she and her line sisters DID NOT let anyone HAZE them. How can you let anyone put their hands on you so that you could be in a group and then you have to pay money to be in. NO Ma'am!

She took the words right out of my mouth. Sororities and fraternities were nothing but collegiate gangs. 🤷🏾♂️ they moved just like that.
My question is what does all this have to do with sister or brotherhood🥺😡. It’s just wild to me that these people who don’t hear from the Father are just going about their daily lives unbothered. Doing it to others acting like it’s normal.
I see why La La was chosen! You let people tell their story and you don't interrupt! Thank you for that! Also, the age that we start college, the military, right after graduation, is a very vulnerable age. Age 17, 18, usually before we turn 21 is when we are most vulnerable and most of us are away from home. We are on our own and not in the view of our parents to tell us aht aht 😂! We have to really inform our children of what to look out for even more, and pray they make the right decisions! ❤
Excellent point about age. As a clinically trained psychotherapist, I have learned that our brains are not even fully formed until our late twenties! Many young people come to college with adverse childhood experiences, underdeveloped brains, trauma, attachment disorders, and other adverse effects on their lives, and they join up with these organizations at 17-19 years of age not knowing they are adding to their trauma. No wonder they have so many problems later in life! Satan is a deceiver and the father of lies, and he has planted such deception in the Black community in order to destroy us! I knew God kept me away from pledging in college and instead kept me working, studying, and attending church. I can not thank Him enough for his protection and provision.

This video is rocking me! I am very much in love with a woman in DFW who is OES and Zeta! I am a spirit filled Christian and the spiritual conflict is tearing me to pieces. I wish I could talk about this with one of you who knows what this is about. 😢
Best to speak to a clergy that is in a Greek org. She can best explain the co-relation between the two. One person's experience is not that of all others. Advisors are not involved and likely didn't know the young ones were doing this. It's not a Christian org...they were founded on "Christian like principles" coming from their founders from early1900s. Compare our world principles TODAY to those from the 1900s....And there u go! A country that allows same sex to marry today! 😮 So It's A diff world! Also it's also based on Greek mythology (hence the word includes...myths). Seek info from Greek clergy before you jump the gun on a few folks experience. Social Media is what it is...do your own research... Greek clergy is a good source. Good Luck!!

I had really wanted to pledge Delta but when I went to the rush I kept nodding off. After finding out that fraternities and sororities literally praise/worship Greek gods I am relieved that God spared me, and I am a former religious Pagan!
I’ve have listen to over 50 plus or more abusive stories from young ladies who recounting these types of abusive mental mind games and sickening crap and this is going on in College. Dear parents get involved in what you paying watch these letters of the devil please!!!!!!!
Whew Lord, the Easter star ritual sounds like people’s testimony that said they were cast into outer darkness/hell. They said they heard voices/screams but couldn’t see them. Scary. Thank God for deliverance!

We only know that our children are a part of these organizations but our children don’t give us these details!!!! I do believe now it’s the basis of their adult problems later in life!
Going through all of that abuse just to join a group you have to pay for is wild to me. Denouncing it sounds like she did it all for nothing. She focused more on social groups than her education and, in the end, it was a big waste of time. This is a sad story, tbh.

Wow…I pledged Gamma Sig at a PWI and never thought much into it. I honestly was never really active and attended a few meetings…but we didn’t do really anything during the process bc it was at a PWI. tbh most people joined to get service hours to join D9 at this school. The reality is to renounce all of em regardless of the process was or the kind…

I am an only child so in high school I had made the decision that I would join a sorority so that I could become more outgoing and less reclusive. I took a college prep course and we watched a video where they sold it so well. So I totally understand why you all did it. I see why God kept me because now I am a minister and the enemy wanted to stop that early. Thank you for your testimony.

I just found out my aunt and several members of my family were eastern stars and in Sororities. I didn’t know until now, only know one of my aunts denounced before she passed all praises because I had no clue, but now looking back in my childhood I can see where my aunt would take us to the “elks” and other things never knowing anything. And to know I could’ve been one as well had I just talked to my family about my thoughts of being in a sorority.

The “Divine” 9; look at the word divine in I Sam 28:8, meaning “To Practice Divination, a Soothsayer”. Divination means Witchcraft.

Yes! Certified. A school is accredited to issue degree but to compete and get great paying corporate jobs you need to do internships and your program is expected to be certified.

You need to look up the definition of "occult." It's problematic but not occult.
Edit: not all of it anyway. The eastern star stuff is culty. I pledged AKA (not affiliated anymore). It wasn't a cult. It will take over your life if you let it, especially if you don't have a strong sense of identity before joining. But there's no occult element.

I can't reconcile that there was no sexual gratification involved for the men. Especially because she said some of the young women became mistresses of these grown, married men. Disgusting.

This series and other testimonies are edifying for the church and informative to anyone in general, but it ultimately shows God's grace, mercy, protection and He gets all the glory! Amen!
Hey yall. I wasnt going to say anything but here i am lol. I am a Christian and i am a Zeta. I though very much understand and agree with letter denouncing. I have renouned any pledge i made verbally and in my heart to the organization but i dont think i have to renounce my letters. However i am yet still growing. Im actually considering getting reactive in my city for networking purposes and i will never sing that song again... so yea. However. I do highly appreciate your series and these beautiful young ppl telling their testimony and of course your beautiful testimony and your fire for GOD! However im so glad Radiant told it all and made it clear. I also habe joined 2 sororities that are extemely close to their brother frat and that is zeta/sigma and tau beta sigma/kkpsi and i have never heard of the brothers joining in the crossing for the sisters... i take that back .. maybe so for kkpsi cuz there were some chapters that let the girls cross kkpsi too. Anywho i thought that was unusual for sigmas but i see that wasnt them. Tau beta sigma was founded by a Christian and has never been linked to entity worship or pledging your whole soul to the org and the purpose was always for the taking care of the bands .... just fyi
I did actually get intro duced to a crossing process and a rough one with men and women in the band and yea so my heart goes out to radiant for enduring for 2 years 😢😢 and im glad you got out!! Im so proud of you!! I just wanted to say hi! ❤❤

WOW WOW WOW…..Another powerful testimony. Answered so many unanswered questions. I hate to say this, but this gave me some insight as to why “some” black women (not all) have bad attitudes.
None of you should have gone through that. My daughter definitely did stuff that I did not know about because she knows I would have reported them to their regionals, not their grad chapter, because they already know what's going on. Pledging was abolished by the NPHC in 1990. They were all in agreement and states and their universities have laws against hazing so this is crazy!

I really enjoy your series. In college I was accepted into a sorority line but I never pledged. This used to bother me until I got saved and realized God is sovereign. He kept me out of sororities! Now I pray my daughters will not pledge.

This is another beautiful woman of God who has blessed me with her testimony. I have watched a few of your videos on this important subject. And the experiences that these precious souls went through in these organizations, which include yourself confirm so much about the character of satan.
Beautiful queen, do you know that these organizations are used by the enemy satan to mimic the structure of The Messiah's Body?
As many of us know as born again believers, The Most High God refers to the structure of His Body as The LORD's House. And His House is an environment that promotes true worship and the true expression of prayer.
The enemy satan takes how The Most High God uses the structure of a house and he imitates the layout. This is why these organizations are established in "houses."
The Most High God purposely calls His people His Church because He builds His people from a place that speaks of a true Kingdom legacy and a true Kingdom structure.
Fraternities and sororities are used by the enemy to copy this blueprint. The enemy has introduced the idea of using a "house environment" because he not only want to be worshiped through these organizations, but he also want to use the "house environment" to establish many kingdoms for the gods that are being worshiped and served under his image. This way he will be worshiped through every single house that hosts a fraternity or sorority. The enemy want to build his own kingdom lineage, "legacy" through the people he recruits into these organizations. The enemy knows that The Most High's Kingdom is massive and heavy. And He knows The Most High has a real Kingdom lineage. So he is trying to mimic this.
Frat and sorority houses are pretty much places of worship, places where covenant relationships are created. This is the very structure that is in place in The House of The Most High God. The churches we go to express this particular language.
The hazing is a toxic and corrupt copy of the suffering we endure through the cross of Christ. What many people do not know in these "hazing incidents", the enemy is mocking the suffering of The Messiah Jesus Christ. And he is mocking the suffering His people go through when bearing the cross of Christ.
The pledges mimic the confessions we express when we accept The Messiah Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord.
The house structure for some of these organizations even take on the same architectural format as the temples used in Rome and Greece. Take the Parthenon for instance. That building structure is very popular in the U.S. And there are some frat and sorority houses that are built in this manner. And some even have pillars in the front of the houses. Those pillars pay homage to the pillars that upheld the temple structures of Roman and Greek gods.
The Most High God use pillars to prophesy about the heavily built structure of The Messiah Jesus Christ and His people. He also use them to esteem spirits like wisdom and the seven spirits of The LORD.
That ol' serpent tries to put his hand in just about everything that belongs to The Most High God. And this is why people need the truth and need to learn about the character and nature of satan. Because The Most High God does not want us to be ignorant of the enemy's devices. He does not want any more of His people perishing because of the lack of knowledge.

School Daze was to show us how ridiculous Greeks were. In the beginning of the movie it showed slave ships to make a connection between where we started and where we are now. Basically it’s like we came out of all that struggle just to play slave master and slave when we should be focused on bettering our race. Greek life put division in our community. That’s why at the end of the movie he screamed WAKE UP. I wanted to join a sorority until I literally woke up one day decided to watch school daze because I had a hunch I would see it different with my eyes open. & I seen it clearly. Spike Lee is a genius. Many of us need to wake up. We are still slaves. We have to push forward and not let trivial things divide us. Now that we are smarter as a community, we should call for a ban of Greek organizations on HBCU campuses.
