I pledged DST back in 1995 in North Carolina. I really didn't want to. But I was pressured by a "friend" who was really seeking acceptance. And she didn't want to pledge alone. So I reluctantly pledged this organization. The DSTs were nice at first but in the process, they and my "line sisters" became nasty and mean. During the induction ceremony they make you bow to the "goddess" Minerva which is actually a demon. After that my life turned upsidedown. I was in a car accident, I lost money, I got sick. And when I tried to connect with DSTs in my hometown of Cleveland, they froze me out. In 1997, I threw away all DST parafinalia, plaques, tshirts, elephant statues, everything. Three years later I accepted the Lord Jesus! And never looked back! If you have God in your life, you don't need a sorority or fraternity to define who you are ❤
So you think God allowed these things to happen to you. So you would come to him?
God bless you. Yes, because when you make covenants with these things, it opens spiritual doors and allows the enemy and his cohorts access to you and everything connected to you. Praise God we answered His call when He spoke.

Years ago I wanted to pledge, so I prayed concerning it. Shortly after, I had a very vivid dream that all of the sororities were lined up with booths at a massive festival. As I stopped at each booth, a voice told me to keep going, until finally I’d passed them all. There was a narrow road off in the distance and the voice told me to keep going down that road instead. I knew then that God’s answer was a resounding “No” and I’m thankful that I was obedient to him.

I never pledged the sorority either. My Dad gave me the money to do it my sophomore year, but my car broke down. Of course I got my car fixed. My junior year was the year the policy came into play about hazing. I filled out my application, but I forgot to sign it. I had to leave campus so I slid it under her door early. I couldn't be reached by phone because I was off campus. We couldn't afford cellphones then. LOL! I took that as a sign. I have had plenty of other opportunities to pledge, but it was never in my heart to do so. Then I was called out of darkness in 1998 and never looked back. One of my sisters in Christ sent in a formal letter to denounce DST. Some others just stopped participating in AKA.

Amen! I denounced Delta on January 24, 2022 and renounced on May 24, 2022. Repented and said a repentance prayer all on the same day. I was in the sorority for 19 years. I just received my formal letter on May 29, 2023 of this year. I thank God for hearing his word and being obedient to the leadings and prompting of the Holy Spirit.

Thank you for sharing these stories. I denounced from aka in 2018 after 13 years. God made it clear to me that it wasn't of him. Afterwards I experienced so much spiritual warfare/attacks and they showed me even more that this was definitely spiritual.
Most Christians don't understand the deeper things of God like covenants, curses, deliverance etc so it's very easy for people to be deceived. I was there.
So true your knowledge in his word is key to unlocking these things. We have to know his rules, principles,and laws.

I remember telling my 17 year old daughter when she went to college I told her amongst other things what not to do “ do not get in that sorority stuff cause it’s not of God!!!!!!”

My cousin who is a doctor now. Her mom and dad told her the same thing. To not join one. Because God would get her where she needed to go. Me on the other hand, although I had no desire to join, went to begin with, because I refused to humiliate myself. Had I want it to be in one- my former mother would have paid 20,000 if that’s what i wanted. However, the discussion never came up. I was not even saved and I knew that’s not what I was going to do. I didn’t even know it was wrong at the time. I only knew Masons were wrong. I didn’t find out until my cousin that I just mentioned after I got saved told me that Masons and sororities were the same thing.

Also a violation of God. So if you join them, you're in violation of God, and you will have to rely on your organization/organizations for everything.

This video hits home for me because as a Freshman I made a vow to myself to steer clear of Frats and Sororities and non of my friends seemed to understand it but I understood it then and I understand it now…. I also stayed far away from crowds/cliques/groups! I’ve always felt stronger alone…. Once people started to realize how I was they began bullying me etc…. So I became the attractive girl on campus that came to college with a boyfriend and stayed away from crowds…. Needless to say I’m now married and stay away from crowds, groups, cliques etc even in my career.
My energy never felt safe around these types.

The whole time she was speaking, I thought about Proverbs 14:12. “There is a way which SEEMETH right unto a man, But the end thereof are the ways of death.” That’s what the enemy does. I remember being drawn to this as an adult returning to college. There was a flyer posted on the door of the student building. I ended up going to the meeting and the lights were low. The young ladies already in the sorority came out of a back room and I think they were wearing black. They weren’t saying much. It felt weird, so I left. Years later, when my daughter was in college, I shared my experience with her and she said, you weren’t supposed to be at that meeting. That was for people who had already been accepted and were paying their fees. The purpose of the meeting wasn’t clear and it turned me off. I never went back. God was protecting me.
I left AKA September 2022 and finally received my letter back saying they’ve received my letter and it will be reviewed in 2024 at their conference. It’s definitely a process to get out but God will have His way. I’m so grateful that He showed me the only light, His light.

Zeta did something similar! It’s such a process to formally be out. They tried to get me to sign a bunch of stuff and I refused because it didn’t feel right. I felt that denouncing spiritually and sending in my letter was all I needed.

I pledged Sigma and denounce myself. I caught my first charge because some Omegas tried to jump me bcuz some females like me. I defended myself by pushing them off me and I got charged. I was actually listening to a few gospel songs, practicing for church... this video popped up. My niece just reached out last week asking for donations for an organization she's interested in joining...I was excited for her since her first year was tough and she wasn't really feeling connected- But after watching this (that clearly God needed me to see) I plan to share this video... just to see where her head is and to remind her you don't hv to "fit in" God accepts you and where He plans to take you in life, those "groups" can't go anyway. Pray for us. I know God will put the right things on my heart that are acceptable in HIS sight for my niece. Thank you!

I am so grateful for your testimony.. I was.married to a mason. He was out of it when we married but then shredded to get back in it for selfish reasons. The chaos it caused my life was unimaginable.. The Bible says God hates divorce, but my divorce set me free from being under a curse.
To Worship You I live, Jesus. It wasn’t until after I was divorced from an “Omega man” that I realized why there was soo much confusion and chaos in the marriage.

I've been praying for him and over him because he is not in a place to hear the truth. I've decided not to push a divorce on my end, but in our separation, I've continued to just pray for him.

Demonic activity in these orgs mess up marriages and relationships so badly. They turn everything upside down and will have you focusing on everything else but God. Remember Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy John 10:10. It is important that you keep God first, pray, read your Bible. Ask the Holy Spirit for guidance, fast and pray. You really can’t pester him about it, you have to allow God to fight your battle while you remain silent and pray. If you haven’t done so, you probably need to research spiritual warfare. Make sure that there aren’t bloodline curses in your family that you need to renounce. For everyone else: please don’t marry ppl in these orgs! Tell them to denounce (divorce) the org first and then you all can marry. Wishing you the best.

I was a new believer and went on line in college. God was not having it. I entered into such a deep depression that it started affecting my ability to attend classes, to leave my room--I was crying all day, every day and couldn't figure out why. So deep into the process, I stepped off line. Within two weeks the depression completely lifted and my line sisters crossed. I was so disappointed at the time that I wasn't a part but my pastor explained it to me years later after 2 fraternity members came into the church seeking prayer. He explained to me what I had been about to pledge myself to, and back then I probably would have done it without any understanding of what I was saying and to whom I was making pledges. I thank God He stopped me, and I'm so sorry to have grieved the Holy Spirit by my actions because I love Him so much. Thank God for His mercy. He's so good!! 🙌🙌🙌

Sis, your testimony has been a blessing to me. I renounced and denounced Freemasonry some months after I was inducted in. My process was much like yours. As I was going thru, I didn’t feel comfortable doing and saying what I doing but still pushed thru but as the Lord revealed himself to me, and I learned scriptures, I found for myself that it wasn’t of God and left. I remember having a dream that my lodge invited me to an event and then wanted to harm me because I left, and it was then that I knew I had to leave and God has been so good to show me that what i did was right.

I used to want to pledge a Black Greek letter sorority BAD until I went to a probate and I heard them singing that same song "All of my love, my peace and happiness, I'm gonna give it to (enter org here)." I think I kept a poker face, but on the inside, my spirit was DISTURBED. It was a huge turn off for me and from that point on, I let that desire go. I thank God for revealing that to me in that moment. It stood out to me and to this day, that's the only thing I really remember about that probate.

When it were uneasy talking to her about my hardships. Through our distance, I felt my moms love in her scriptures she sent. Blessings to the two of you.

I went to a Delta rush...back in the 80's. Although I was not fully developed in my Christian walk, I was immediately turned off by watching how "souled out" these women were to Delta. I remember thinking that this much loyalty and emotion should belong to Jesus...and I left...Praise God!!!

This is very good she sharing her experience about being in a covenant in something that was not of God. A lot of the Black Churches today celebrate this cult . They bring this in the pulpit. It seemed to me in college that most did it to be popular or to belong. If they reject your guidance, remind them of their original motivation by asking. them to reflect on that. Every person I watched go to join seemed either desperate or following blindly and I was just 18 shaking my head...

I remember pursuing a sorority and lied to myself that God directed me to them. My soul was never at rest while in the "process." I cried out to God the first night of the pledging intiation ritual. I was blindfolded and immediately prayed and never stopped until we left the basement. God sent me dreams and my soul cried out to my praying grandma who had no idea what I was going through at college, but called my mom convinced she could hear me screaming for help in her house. I still pray away the coven I entered. I also prayed my visions away because they're so vivid. She's giving me courage to speak up publicly.
I think many of us were trying to find acceptance and love thinking that a “sisterhood” and notoriety would fill that void. I’m here to tell you that when you find your true identity in Christ!!!! Whewwww nothing can compare! Let us pray that the spirit of conviction will permeate the hearts and souls of everyone in these Greek organizations. I left DST also and don’t miss it at all. I love how my sister shared the real deal and also the hesitancy before joining because God did try to prevent many of us from even coming into contact with these groups. I’ve heard numerous stories on RUclips about denouncing affiliations with Greek organizations and it only seems right and now it seems ignorant for churches to continue to flaunt this in the pulpit.

I’ve been there a couple times now, but this past Sunday I went and they were doing some type of honor to the Greek organizations . So people were wearing their jackets and or colors and I thought it was odd. I’m like what’s the point of honoring Greek organizations at church? Like dedicating some time to do this . Any way as soon as I was thinking about this and I saw this video, I was wondering if God was telling me maybe that’s not the church for me to make my home and then I just read your comment .

I have an amazing story. One day I was driving home and I felt the presence of the Lord, come down to me from above. It was as real as anything and I felt so comfortable with Him.
I knew if I asked Him to play a song on the radio, He would.
So I said "Ok Lord, play Come as you are..."
I didn't know what station it was on or anything, but I turned the radio on and the song started playing right on the spot, perfectly...
I started getting flooded with chills inside, trembling, and crying tears of joy. When I got home, He stayed with me for 10 minutes till I got out of the car.
I've been getting amazing prayers answered for around 6 years since, because that experience made me stop doubting when I pray, and I follow Biblical instructions, best I can.

Of course, it blew my mind at first, because I didn't recognize what was going on, now when He blows my mind I just give lots of Thank You's, Praises, hugs to Him, and anticipate the next. THE BIGGEST BLESSING OF TODAY is to read that so many of you are experiencing him, accepting Him, learning to recognize Him, and most of ALL RECEIVING Him, I love this. He's definitely on His way back and I'm delighted to see that you are on the right track of recognizing that you need, appreciate and receive Him, He's AWESOME. So, when that defeated foe satan shows up trying to distract you remind him that Jesus is on His way back and we know what his fate is so why would we pay him any attention. Let me share a bit more to strengthen your faith. A while after that happened, I was watching a preacher on RUclips and I felt this compassion come over me by the Holy Spirit, I believe.
So I prayed for him. "Father, double this man's ministry. Double his finances. Double his marital life, in Jesus holy name. Amen."
The next day he released a new video. He was standing on stage for a bit, smiling. Then he said "The Lord has just doubled his ministry. He's doubled his finances and He's doubled his marital life...!!
My heart started pounding from shock, because he was saying my exact prayer from the night before.
Then later that week another prayer just as impossible was answered. It went on and on like that for months. It still happens, but, I have less stories because I quit praying for myself really.

I'm home from work sick with some foolishness that satan blew my way just because a few days ago I was sharing with a patient that I'm never sick, but anyways, he's still a liar, nothing major, some congestion, snotty nose, his kind of mess. I'm 61 years of age, and I've always prayed situational. Meaning I pray for certain things at certain times, but lately the Holy Spirit has been telling me that I needed to pray more. How about He told me that my prayers could make some things happen. He told me that I needed to start believing in the power of prayer. I have been reluctant lately because I was in destress about a failed marriage. I was proposed to in January of this year, and married, then in July he told me that he needed his space. I packed my belongings and went back to my house. I'm not blaming God by any means because I see my mistake, but I've been believing the lie that satan brings that I'm now worthy to pray because I'm a failure, because I can't get life right, so I've been going to counseling and working on me, feeling that I need to get to a better me before praying like I should. Even though I don't recall any ceremonies for Phi Theta Kappa, Holy Spirit brought it to my attention this weekend from when I was inducted while in community college. And to see this video "randomly" pop up first on my feed today, I knew immediately what I needed to do. Already cut up the shirt, looking for pin and certificate next. I denounce any association with Phi Theta Kappa and I come out of any ungodly covenant agreements I made knowingly and unknowingly now. The enemy no longer has access to me through those now broken covenants. And I am fully restored to God in Jesus mighty name, amen

Phi Theta Kappa is not a sorority or fraternity. It is an honor's society. It is the Community College's equivalent to the Four year school's Phi Beta Kappa. Also, many majors have honor's societies. There are no antiChrist rituals done in those, nor are there oaths of loyalty to a deity.
I was apart of this group too & I stand in agreement with you! Whether this is an ungodly group as well, it’s better to be safe than sorry. I publicly denounce & renounce all ties, associations & covenants I have made with Phi Theta Kappa. I herby render my agreement to this organization, void! This is so good! I remember praying to be in a sorority in college and every time I prayed to get into one it felt like I was praying to a closed door. That was the first time I ever felt God tell me no. His protection is so good even if it mean my college experience was effected. His No is protection. I would even look up information videos on the sorority I wanted to join and by Gods grace he would make videos pop up on my RUclips about the truth behind secret organizations and the false gods behind them.
Many of you say that you wanted to be a part of organizations but "doors closed " for many reasons. I suspect that some of the reasons were that you were not selected. Everyone has their right to believe whatever they choose but should not try and force beliefs on others. Some of you sound like you have been scorned by not being accepted so you found acceptance in an organization of religion way larger than any fraternity and that is your choice. as the Quran states Say: "O disbelievers,
I do not worship what you worship.
Nor are you worshippers of what I worship.
Nor will I be a worshipper of what you worship.
Nor will you be worshippers of what I worship.
For you is your religion, and for me is my religion."
Mind your own religion and allow others to worship how they please. I doubt any fraternity or sorority members are keeping you from your religion.

I have truly enjoyed listening to this young lady's testimony. It really blessed me. At one point in my life before going to college I had intentions to join but God saved me before I left for college and I had no desire to pledge because Jesus is the only Name to pledge to!!!
There are so many things that seem harmless that we bring ourselves to be apart of without realizing how contrary to the word and the will of God it is. As servants of God we truly need a spirit of discernment so that we don’t have to be subjected to certain things. I’m so glad that God delivered you sis! When I was in college I wanted to become a Delta as well. I got as far as attending an interest meeting, but I was quickly turned off by the nasty attitude of the ladies conducting the meeting. I believe that was God’s intervention. 🙌🏾

I remember wanting to be a delta SO bad but my campus didn’t have a charter with the city wide chapter so I expressed my interest to the city wide chapter and had the president of delta to meet the president on my campus just so that I could pledge but they were on a moratorium during the time. When the moratorium was up my campus signed the charter with delta and they had their first line - I was so upset by that time tho because my gpa wasn’t high enough (I was in pharmacy school)-- I was so upset cause all my friends pledged but I really believe that it was the grace of God that covered me and prevented me from joining! It was never meant for me. I don’t want anything to prevent me from having a relationship with God. This testimony just confirmed it for me!
You have to work and pray and have the GPA….
It’s not worth it to slander/libel any organization. I know of some who have denounced their sisterhood or brotherhood because their “church” cult leader told them that they should not give their money to help their fellow man but, rather, bring all of their money to them. Such blindness!
I hope all young people can hear this testimony and get saved. This dream was a warning You heeded the warning. Thank God. If you would have died in this sin you would have been lost forever.

I almost pledge for AKA but God didn’t really allow me to for some reason. And then I met a male friend who was apart of a Greek fraternity and then God really revealed to me why He didn’t want me to pledge. When I was reading His frat initiation ritual on Google I literally felt the demons behind it manifesting and I’m not even doing the ritual! The most hurtful part was hearing these demons thought towards him, which was to simply drag his souls to hell! Like that’s it on repeat their only thought and it was multiple demons. Our bodies is really a temple of the lord. So it’s easy to be deceived and he told me that he felt like the frat saved his life and what I noticed is that the enemy really prey upon him. He found the frat at a vulnerable time when he felt like he was alone. So be aware y’all.❤

🔥🔥🥺This one really had me glued to the screen. I was asked by a cousin to join a sorority when I was freshman in high-school and I did. We were like besties so I didn’t wanna let her down. I was really a softie very timid so it def didn’t work out for me and I felt so out of place and weird.We def did some crazy things. Now that I look back it was all Jesus that pulled me away. Things happened and I stopped participating yet I still had my attire, pin,etc for a long time until recently. I love how she went into detail it really made me think on what I actually did and the things that I may have let into my life. I realize that I became inactive but never properly denounced which is something I had no knowledge of. And now I feel like that covenant I made wasn’t truly broken. Yes we have to learn his rules principles and laws to have a better understanding of what we are fighting against. We have to go through the trials and tribulations as a learning experience to know that everything is done for his GLORY 😭 🙏🏽

God is calling more & more of His children out of these dark societies & I love it! I was interested in pledging for like a week until my floor-mates came from rush week asking me to pray for them (kind of jokingly but not) for some of the weird rituals they experienced. I wondered if it was the same rituals for the D9 orgs and was surprised to see all the demonic rituals and chants I found. So glad God revealed it to me before I ignorantly joined. I prayed for weeks for my roommate to drop out of her sorority for confirmation and she did that same semester! I know I was disliked for warning others about it on campus afterwards but couldn’t care less. Still praying that God would rescue some of my old friends from it ❤

I pledged delta in spring 2004 and I denounced in 2020. God made it clear that I had to let it go. So thankful that I did!
