You are very welcome Brad. To be honest with you, I think they were so efficient they were taken off the market the same summer they were sold. Cheers :-)
To be honest with you this is the only one I have ever seen my self. I believe they were only sold for one summer then bought back, No way this one is going back, Way too efficient to get rid of. Cheers :-)
We I see the camper it reminds me of when we lived on our boat for 4 years, years round, winter, summer, snow, rain, heat, halt, and bad stores. It was 4 great years.
Yes sir. I bought an adapter about 4 years ago, It costs me $10.00 to fill a 20lb tank, With that said it only costs me about one dollar to fill this 1lb'er, and I can get about 36 hours to a tank full. Cheers :-)
I have never seen a propane powered grass trimmer. Will a tank of propane last a lot longer than a tank of gasoline? Do you use a special propane tank or one you would buy full of fuel at the hardware store? Thanks for sharing.
Yeah a 1lb tank will run me about 36 hours or so. I just refill my old one pound tanks from a barb-q tank with my adapter. Costs me about 50 cents to fill a one pound tank. Cheers :-)
Thanks for the link I will look it up. And if the rest of the rest of their products are like this grass trimmer, than it's probably great equipment, Cheers :-)
Hey Cecil , awesome little trimmer, I didn't even know they made propane powered trimmers 👍▶
Thanks Jorg. I do not think they were very popular though :-(

I googled Lehr, looks like they are still going strong with lawn, garden and outboard motors. Interesting stuff.
Cool. did you notice if they make any propane powered equipment still?
Yep, that's their thing. www.golehr.com. In LA, Calif.
Thanks for the link I will look it up. And if the rest of the rest of their products are like this grass trimmer, than it's probably great equipment, Cheers :-)
How long will it run ? Compared to gas ?
A long time, this one pound bottle will last me around 36 hours, and it costs me less than a dollar to refill the bottle myself.
