"And we'll start a pirate crew" Okay, but what if the party returns to piracy, and they come across a Goliath Barbarian and Halfling War Cleric on the high seas? Just imagining the party finding Grog and Pike would be cool as hell. Scanlan tagging along with his two best buddies. On top of a whole crew at their disposal, it just looks pretty cool.
Pretty awesome to see that he got to fulfill his dream of starting a campaign and then immediately dying. I'm sure he was laughing his ass off after those first few episodes and I'm sure it was awesome for him when he got to see everyone's reaction to bert dying.
