Luck is relative. You look at someone in a Lamborghini as lucky. Someone who can't afford a car and walks to work looks at you in your Polo as lucky. Someone wheelchair bound looks at that person who walks to work as lucky.

Ed spoke about the #1 thing in sales, and is the answer to the trick scenario when someone says, "sell me this pen"
the first step is to ask if the customer is in the market for a pen. Because if they aren't, doesn't matter what attributes or talking points the pen has, the person isn't buying the pen.
Selling is asking asking questions and knowing your customer.

Loosing that blue lamborghini's to a fire is downright a crime, as its actually in a cool color that harkins back to the famous miura spider, and someone de germanized it by adding sharp angles, and by actually ordering it like someone would spec a lamborghini, not a deutchland uber alis mobile, although that green one, Bah, it was just an audi with a cheap bodykit

Talk about trading in your car and the new owner kills it. It happened to me 3 times. I had a Mercedes CLK430, SL500, and CL55 AMG all totaled after I sold them. My 02 CLK I sold to a 21 year old kid and told him all the basics. A few days later he calls me saying the engine blew. We went back and forth about what happened. Turns out his brother said the car runs on 120 octane. After he tested its limit and blew the bottom end up. My 05 SL500 got hit by a semi. Finally my pride and joy 06 CL55 AMG was wrapped around a tree by a 16 year old.
Funny coincidence...within three seconds of Ed mention Skittles colors, a Skittles commercial came across the video.

About the salesman stuff at the beginning of the video. I got stuck on Ford dealer salesman about 15 years ago. He is about 1 hour from my house.... I pass many Ford dealerships on the away. If I see a new F-150 or F-250 I want that I see at their dealership via internet. I call him and ask if it's still there. He askes if all my information is the same, etc... calls me back in hour or two gives me payments, etc and what my other truck trade-in is. He would pretty much say "I can meet you here tomorrow to test drive it and if you want it it's yours". All paperwork financing and everything was done before I got there. Test drive then maybe 30 minutes signing papers. I've bought about 6 new F series trucks off this guy and usually get good deals. All the dealers around me tried to rip me off bad I'd walk out on them. Finding a good salesman is hard at most lots but once you find one... keep them.

It's an interesting time during which you were at the dealership. Sort of when Lamborghinis went from "rare" to being pretty numerous today. Maybe only a few thousand US owners when you started, maybe 10,000+ today?
So crazy these exotics are so prone to catching fire.
After subscribing and watching a handful of videos I'm finding it hard to fathom these cars cost so much, super expensive to maintain but are really not dependable at all.

Sadly I had a LP 560 4 that caught fire when the power steering line blew and sprayed on manifold, saved the car but it had lots of damage and it has since been sold.
