    What community are you speaking of in Glenwood park (with the community pool and $175 HOA fees)?

      I'm just talking about the homes in Glenwood Park - they don't have a specific name other that they are in "Glenwood Park." The community pool is a separate membership separate from the HOA though.

    Love your videos - Im from NYC - not sure what I like better - Midtown or Buckhead.. or maybe Decatur? Retirement option

      Hmm...all are great for different reasons. Midtown is more city/active lifestyle, Buckhead is a little more space and luxury, and Decatur is a simple, calmer/small town feel. Happy to chat sometime if you are looking to make a move here. :)
