Hey Kayy, found your channel about 2 days ago. I wasn't feeling very well, but kept listening to your long podcast and I love them so much. You are the first manifestation/SP manifestation channel that I felt really spoke what I felt. I am not a beginner on the manifestation journey, so everything you say really shifted me. Alot of other advices seems like something I already logically know, but you really speak in a way that touches me and how I feel. Thanks girl for the awesome contents! Thank you also for sharing this story, I usually listen to everyone on speed, but I'm listening to your videos on normal mode, for an hour. My situation right now is very similar to yours ❤ Dealt with a lot of past abuse, bullying, and S/A since I was very young. Constantly checking social media and seeing what people would say. I even relied on substance use daily for over two years. Thank you so much for opening up about your past experiences. Whenever you deal with such problematic situations you really think there’s no point of recovery… As if you’re always going to be stuck in that state. You’re truly so so inspiring and i’m sorry you had to go through that. Even after it all, you try and help others through RUclips and coaching. You inspire me to go out and work on my broken sense of self. Thank you so much and keep your head up 💝
