I just want to say this about Jace Malcolm, just a regular dude with no strong connection to the force only combat training and grit. This dude literally tanked force lightning from Darth Malgus, one of the strongest sith in his era™️, and still came at him with a knife while getting zapped. Not only that he bull rushed him and blew up a concussion blast grenade right in the dudes face while also being in point blank range. Absolute madman.
Dude was about to get executed after he tried to charge malgus with a knife and got electricuted he got saved at the last minute from a force shockwave that sent him crashing into the ground when he got up he said hold my beer im making big tall and ugly eat a grenade what an absolut madlad ;)

And I got hooked watching it, it is a very good animation series. I almost wish they would have done a live show about it right after the prequel movies were done. I think I speak for all star wars fans that we need a long feature film in this quality, I know it's expensive & I know it takes a long time, but with good writing & passion I feel it could be the best in the star wars universe, especially if we have the same people, responsible for these trailers, how amazing would it be to witness such great craftsmanship & story telling, for 2 hours long! We have like 4 decent-mediocre Resident Evil CG animated films. If a less popular franchise can manage that, then there's no excuse for Star Wars to not be able to utilize the format.

I get that it would be expensive, but when Star Wars is literally merged with Disney now, there's no way they can go "overbudget". Final Fantasy and Resident Evil have comparably far less resources, especially back then, but managed to have CG animated films (although admittedly the first FF movie was very rough). The real issue would be that the style of CG animation associated with Disney is Pixar. They definitely can afford to do animation like the one in these SW trailers but they're too strongly tied to Pixar style CG animation.

he is taller, over the course of when he is featured he does get taller from about 7ft tall to about 8ft taller and larger because of the armor he wears..
It goes to show just how cruel and callous the Jedi were as well despite their good intentions. Sometimes not doing anything is just as bad as doing harm. Even Anakins downfall could have been prevented if they saved his Mother as well, even though I do believe if Qui Gon survived he would have found a way eventually.
That’s the real point of Star Wars. The light and dark were equally vicious. Both tried to make a path of true freedom, but ultimately we’re after control. The Jedi literally groomed children from birth, not the good guys at all

The Jedi do a terrible job of showing the people they train *since childhood* to remain focused on the task at hand. It seems incredibly easy for them to question whether the Jedi are even the good guys and to switch sides as soon as they are shown one instance that might warrant an explanation (without actually allowing for said explanation). Considering they're training children to fight against forces powered by darkest emotions, you'd think they'd do a little more mental health work in the 10+ years before they send them into the field...
Since they are taken so young they have the idea that these “new” good parents who my parents let me go with who are teaching me to have superpowers and be a protector blah blah they have no real reason to be interested in anything else except the one thing this good guys has been saying is bad bad since day one which are the sith and since run ins with them happen aggressively I don’t think it’s hard to stay focused on the “good Jedi” role but the sith just pull the right strings to get people thinking is my long answer. The Jedi do a terrible job of showing the people they train *since childhood* to remain focused on the task at hand. It seems incredibly easy for them to question whether the Jedi are even the good guys and to switch sides as soon as they are shown one instance that might warrant an explanation (without actually allowing for said explanation).
Considering they're training children to fight against forces powered by darkest emotions, you'd think they'd do a little more mental health work in the 10+ years before they send them into the field...
Since they are taken so young they have the idea that these “new” good parents who my parents let me go with who are teaching me to have superpowers and be a protector blah blah they have no real reason to be interested in anything else except the one thing this good guys has been saying is bad bad since day one which are the sith and since run ins with them happen aggressively I don’t think it’s hard to stay focused on the “good Jedi” role but the sith just pull the right strings to get people thinking is my long answer.
Short answer Malgus slaughters his own guy to make a dramatic entrance lol I definitely wouldn’t want to join him

The idea wasn't for Malgus to convince her to join him, the idea was to make her turn into a sith by making her hate him. Malgus isn't that slow.

The ratio of videos compared with time of production and release is like a month to every minute, so a 1 hour film could take 60 months to create? These videos will be all they ever are
Yeah this kind of animation is way too expensive and time consuming for any extended media format. You thougt the wait between Mandalorian seasons was bad? A series in this animation style would take so much longer to complete it probably wouldn't even be logistically possible to get episodes, let alone seasons, done that quickly unless they literally worked their animators to death.
