    so smart and so true usually it tops things that are already sweet so you can control the sugar. AND granola from the stores are crazy expensive and have odd ingredients you don't want or need

    I just tried this and oh my goodness it is absolutely delicious!! We have a pecan orchard and I always have several bags of pecans in the freezer just waiting to be used! My kids keeping going to the granola container for a handful! Thank you! This is a keeper!

    TYSM for this! My kid loves granola and wants a bag each week, eats it before I get a bite. I recently noticed how much crap is in it, and I detest the cost. I am going to try this this week, pray it satisfies the kid!)

  • @katherinegarcia6158
    @katherinegarcia6158 3 месяца назад

    Help, cooked it for the first time and don't really know what granola tastes like
    Is it supposed to be soft/chewy? I was hoping it would be crispier, like chips maybe?
    Is it because I added honey and used butter (butter was what I had available )?
    I tried cooking it about 5 minutes longer to crisp up, but its still a bit soft?

    • @katherinegarcia6158
      @katherinegarcia6158 3 месяца назад

      Will it be crispier when it cools more? I only did half a batch, so I thought it would cook faster, but I cooked it for 20 mins because it still looked a bit wet after 15 mins

    • @JazzLeaf
      @JazzLeaf  3 месяца назад

      good question! ok so you need to let it rest for 45 minutes to continue crisping up!
