Some really good advice there Mario, it took me a while to get my head around getting the atomisation as there are so many factors that effect your finish atomisation being one then you have speed, distance and in some cases how you mix your paint.
Thanks for sharing👏🙏👍John UK
Thanks John. There are many factors to getting the perfect paint job.
Also if your paint is too thick , forget the nice fine finish. Good stuff!
Precisely. Thanks for watching
I've definitely had this problem. Thank you, Mario, for all you do to teach all of us!
Glad I could help 🙌
Very good to the point , helpful video thank you
Glad to hear it👍
Thank you ! I have been looking high and low for somebody to tell me how to produce DESIRED size of peel :)
Thanks Mario great advice.
You’re welcome!
Excellent work Mario, saw you on Paint Society and came here to check out your stuff
Thanks 🙌 glad you took the time to stop by
Big up Mario. I learned a lot from you. Love from jamaica 🇯🇲
Bless up thanks for watching
Great information
Thanks for watching
great advice. I would add thinning the paint/primer/sealer with whatever the appropriate reducer is for the product and I was using Brian's paint gun setup but I'm finding that I prefer dialing in my spray pattern to not quite fully wide for a smoother finish. Thank you for all that both of you do because both of you have helped me tremendously. If you saw my bumper cover it came out basically flawless.
Thanks! I knew some of you guys would be able to fill in that blank. After I uploading the video I realized I left that part out. Bumper looked good 👍
@@mariopaintclass6091 thanks to you and Brian! I would never be able to paint as well as I do without both of your videos
@@WJHandyDad you inspire me to keep teaching
@@mariopaintclass6091 you are doing a great job at it. Brian gets some credit too :) I gave both of you shout outs in past videos
2 thumbs up
🙌🙌
Awesome. Thank you so much for sharing. My question is, how should you wait to apply clearcoat after applying base cost
10 to 15 minutes.
Appreciate the videos Mario... I've noticed in a few of your videos the camera lens is dirty
Thanks I’ll take care of that
I have this problem currently, I was ask by my sign company to learn how to paint, because they need help in paint department. The other painter aren’t helping me to set up the paint guns
Hope my videos can help you
@@mariopaintclass6091 yes sir I learned how to setup my fluids, air & fan
Lovely job Mario did you work for Brian at paint society
Thanks! We work at the same shop. Not an employee of his.
Thank you so much Mario. I am pretty sure I did everything wrong.
Happy to help ✊🏽
Do you find that with cheaper guns that they demand more PSI? I’m beginning to think that is my problem. I’m going to be painting tomorrow and will try higher PSI… until I can get a better gun :)
Paint guns have certain amount of cfm and psi requirement. So it might just be your compressor or gun settings.
Hey bro where u bought those orange gloves
here's a link. amzn.to/44rt603
Hey bro, so you said theres no way youre gonna get proper atomization with 10 psi... im going to be spraying some Nason Single Stage 2k urethane paint soon and the technical data sheet for HVLP says to spray using 1.4mm tip @ 10 Psi at the air cap. Do you recommend even trying that pressure or should i go ahead and increase it to 15PSI as well ?
Can I ask what paint gun you will be using?
