I'm having a similar issue with a front bumper. They either sent the wrong bumper or the wrong mounting brackets. Was also short on hardware, and I live 20 miles from the hardware store. So what was your end result? Did you hear from the manufacturer? I haven't heard squat yet.

Normal and expected for the crazy low price
All their products are iffy , I have a roof rack with holes that aren’t drilled , a bed rack that I had to cut brackets cause they wouldn’t fit
