Muh man Joe Vitale (Joe Walsh's longtime drummer) driving this tune perfectly. Best concert I ever saw was Joe Walsh and Barnstorm (Kenny Passarelli bass and Vitale on drums......'1973 / Lincoln Nebraska. Wonderful to see Mr. Vitale involved with Mr. Sekulow.
Amazing vocal harmonies. John Schlitt and John Elefante complement each other perfectly. The backing vocalists and musicians pull this one off as well as CSN&Y did way back when.
One of my favorite all-time classic rock tunes. I saw John Schlitt with Petra twice when I was in high school and college. Now performing with the greatest lawyer on earth. (???!!!) Hey man. The Lord works in mysterious ways.
Some of the comments on this page are completely unfair. We can disagree with each other and still enjoy each other's company and talents. There is no need to be petty. I came to this page because I like this song. I do not agree with the political opinions of Crosby, Stills, and Nash who wrote the song, but I can acknowledge their fine musicianship and wonderful talent. The same is true of the Grateful Dead, Simon & Garfunkel, and many other artists. No one is or should force anyone to agree with anyone else. I am saying trashing another person's artistic talents because you disagree with his or her politics is a disgusting bias.
Too much negativity in the comments. the music is really good. This is all that should concern anyone watching. It matters not what his politics are or who he’s friends with. It’s a music video and I like it.
Correct. I don't much care for Jay's views but he has assembled a brilliant band here. He might be the weak link but it is likely his funding that got this project off the ground. Music is the universal language, just listen.
Gosh maybe ya'll should give a thumbs up for Hitler's paintings too while you're at it. Jay Sekulow was and is destroying the country we all love. Honestly, F this guy and his music. And shame on youtube for inserting this crap into a playlist.
Good Heavens!!! I've got friggin' goosebumps. Perfect my friends, I mean perfect. Thanks for sharing your amazing talents. Beautiful work. Great Cover.
No negativity from me, I think they're great!! I never get tired of listening to them!! And John E. gets more handsome the older he gets!! Would love to see them live!!👍🏻😉😍
My first listen to this band. Trying to cover Crosby, Stills & Nash is a tough task, but this was a great cover! I've always loved Elefante's voice....just amazing even now.
Also there is a lot to be said for older men who have spent a high portion of their life taking care of their bodies and voices. Their skills have not left them. I can tell as they play and sing they have joy in their lives. Lead on men!
Holy crap...who are you guys? This was almost better than the original!! Very VERY impressive!!! The blonde nailed Graham's 5th to the tee and everyone was so in sync and harmonized as one beautiful blended sound!! Am blown away!
LisaDawnn The blonde is John Schlitt, former lead singer for Head East and the Christian band, Petra. The one with black hair and dark skin is John Elefante, former lead singer for Kansas. He also has had a successful solo career in contemporary Christian music. The name of the band is The Jay Sekulow Band. Jay Sekulow is a prominent Christian lawyer with a popular radio show. The band plays on the show regularly. I'm unaware of the names of the rest of the band, but they are super talented, for sure.
earthygirl88 the drummer is longtime CSN / Stephen Stills drummer Joe Vitale. Joe has been around for decades, he was an early bandmate of Joe Walsh, played briefly on tour with the Eagles, drummed for CSN for a long time. Most recently he's been on tour with Joe Walsh this summer. Wonder how much Sekulow is paying for these prominent musicians to help bolster his music career? Sigh.
Lisa, if you think the Jay Sekulow Band covers Sweet Judy Blue eyes really well (and I agree!), check out their spot-on cover for Boston's It's Been Such A Long Time. One word: UNREAL! I'm from the late 60s and 70s, and I grew up with this music. To this day, it still pierces my soul; it take me back in wonderful ways. I'm glad you enjoy it, too! ruclips.net/video/om-oM-gXPEs/видео.html
Better yet, watch their cover for Styx's Fooling Yourself. John Schlitt and John Elefante trade off and just flat nail it perfectly! ruclips.net/video/1b5CjvqcoFg/видео.html
I always enjoy Sekulow covers! Professionally done, obviously have your heart and soul into the music, and no compromise to quality with what you publish. THANK YOU! Would love to see you playing live someday.
This is a really good version. Really enjoy the percussion and beat throughout....sounds a bit more pronounced than other versions and it really sounds better. Added to You Tube Music playlist for my car. Nice job and mix!
Really excellent! I had no idea that Jay had musical talents. This cover sounds very, very close to the one I heard first, I think it was on the Woodstock album done live, obviously. I'd pay to see you guys cover this, never again will those original artists see a penny from this patriot. Thanks for the music!
Is anyone losing sight of the fact that a bunch of music stars get together to cover a song and what do they choose? The band is amazing no matter what they sing, but this is a TRIBUTE to Crosby, Stills and Nash.
They choose a lot of songs. Isn't that what cover bands do? I'm not sure covering a song you like is a tribute to anything or anyone. There are tribute bands, but they generally only do the music of one band or artist.
The first time I saw Fleetwood Mac was at the UF in the 1970s. Nix the drugs IMO but I bought that album at the gym's front door. Years later, my daughter-in-law took all those albums I had been saving since the 1950s to the town library. She was living for free at my old house with my son. Kids, don't have expectations; just dream.
Amazing job guys! I would love to know who this drummer is and also the singer that looks a little like Clapton. I recognize John Elafante and John Schlitt, both are great singers.
Sitting here with my eyes closed listening and I hear very few differences from Crosby still Nash n Young 😁👍I'm sure they would love n appreciate these guys doing such fabulous jobs on their tunes👍👍
Superb! Outstanding! Excellent musicianship! Vocals were great in your rendition and interpretation of this fine song! Maybe it was the sound level on the electric guitar, but I would’ve liked to have heard more of Steven Stills lead and rhythm guitar riffs and licks dancing around the melodies of this song. That’s the only thing I found that seemed to be missing. Otherwise, BRAVO! Well done!
listening to original commentor said no one would dare trying to cover it because who could match it-said to myself I am sure there is a cover-found several and this one by someone I recognize as a political person-surprised to find he has a band and surprised to find they did an awesome cover of this tune. I enjoyed it guys
The drums add an interesting flare to the song, which isn't present in the original. Overall, the vocals are really nice, and I really enjoyed it. Thank you for posting.
Sekulow.
The greatest voices in rock did not disappoint they had high expectations a high level and they lived up to it
It takes big balls to cover Crosby, Stills and Nash but you fine gentlemen pulled that rabbit out of the hat. Outstanding job❤❤
Jay, you guys need to put out an album with all this great old music. Brings back great memories. Thank you.
How about a full concert? ruclips.net/video/Y37I6WW7mnw/видео.html
💯 agreed nobody could do a better job coving these great songs❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Awesome band! Jay Sekukow, smart lawyer and a great musician 👏
Amazing vocal harmonies. John Schlitt and John Elefante complement each other perfectly. The backing vocalists and musicians pull this one off as well as CSN&Y did way back when.

Totally agree!
Agreed, well said.
The good old Grateful Dead recorded the first pro life song in 1969. What's Become Of The Baby is a crushing indictment of abortion on demand.
Stephen Stills wrote the song.
Agreed 💯
Great lead vocal by John Schlitt, former lead vocalist of Head East and Petra!
Too much negativity in the comments. the music is really good. This is all that should concern anyone watching. It matters not what his politics are or who he’s friends with. It’s a music video and I like it.
Norris Freedman. I agree 100% lets pit politics aside and enjoy and unwind!!life is too short
Correct. I don't much care for Jay's views but he has assembled a brilliant band here. He might be the weak link but it is likely his funding that got this project off the ground. Music is the universal language, just listen.
I agree. As much as I dislike Trump, good musicianship should be acknowledged.
@@pallhe Glad you left the politics out of it....
Gosh maybe ya'll should give a thumbs up for Hitler's paintings too while you're at it. Jay Sekulow was and is destroying the country we all love. Honestly, F this guy and his music. And shame on youtube for inserting this crap into a playlist.
I'm not too much of a fan of covers but this cover of Crosby Stills Nash & Young it's awesome I love it
Great work! Haters gonna hate, too bad for small minds.........
I could listen to this again... again... & again!!! Thank you Jay for all that you do 😊
Outstanding job, gents. You picked a tough one and nailed it!
Good Heavens!!! I've got friggin' goosebumps. Perfect my friends, I mean perfect. Thanks for sharing your amazing talents. Beautiful work. Great Cover.

Jay love the band! Fantastic rendition and all the vocals are superb!
These guys were and are GREAT! Keep it up! Blessings, Bob
Love the harmony. Thanks for the good music.
I had to listen to this version over and over , great cover.
Wow!!! I am blown away by the talent on display in this song!
Also there is a lot to be said for older men who have spent a high portion of their life taking care of their bodies and voices. Their skills have not left them. I can tell as they play and sing they have joy in their lives. Lead on men!
Fantastic cover of Suite: Judy Blue Eyes! Love it!
Fantastic! Great job all around. Vocals just spot on.
There is passion in this cover, respect for the best band in the world and the best vocal harmonies ever, CSN.
Good job!
Holy crap...who are you guys? This was almost better than the original!! Very VERY impressive!!!

John is amazing. I saw him with Kansas in 1982. This band is incredible!

Yeah Joe Vitale the drummer with Crosby stills and Nash
Absolutely perfect harmonies. Stunning
What a great cover of this song, 👍🏻
Weird, because this is very true to the original.
Wow, you all are beyond great. I never liked the original of this but your version? WOWWWWWWW ! I am head over heels in love with your music!
Beautiful! Sounds great!
Other than CSN the only other group that I've ever heard do this song justice was Fossils and Foxes, until now. You guys killed it, wow 👌
Never get tired of watching this band !
Personally, I think Sekulow Band is one of if not thee most underrated cover bands in the world.
Love it!! Feeling so good, such great vocals!
Who can forget Suite Judy Collins blue eyes. Great song for a great lady covered by a great band.
Jay! Next Supreme Court Justice!! Life is good.
My favorite cover closely followed by fooling yourself!
John Schlitt and John Elefante still have incredible vocals. They could both front a band today and lead them to great success.
Yes they do
Frick, is that Joe Vitale on drums? Love his drumming!

Jay, John, John, & all the great players, I hope you keep doing this. Thanks for sharing, and please don't stop.🎹🎸🥁🎤🥰🤩

A fantastic cover of my favorite song! Thank you for sharing this.

Absolutely amazing! Thank you for the band and your music.
WOW! WOW! WOW!! Incredibly done gentlemen. 🤙
Great band!!
Pretty good by a bunch of seasoned musicians. For a fresher (yet older) version, try finding Foxes and Fossils’ version.
