How about 13 years lol
I saw this whole video for her to tell me “I can’t prevent it” 😂 1:20
getting up and move around during the day is actually the most important thing that comes before any food nutrition, as all recovery is aerobic in nature and that speeds it up by 10 folds I can promise anyone for it, even if you are disabled, you can still move around in some ways, don't bother excusing.
I got more help out of reading people's comments.
Since she really didn't answer the question, how about increasing bicarbonate io s to reduce lactic acid?
Thanks this helped.
misleading title for this video !! SMH
I cant believe I fell for prehistoric clickbait!
Your sacrifice will not be in vain thank you
Thanks Charlotte from Australia. I appreciated your videos.
I got sick after working out because I had lactic acid trapped in my muscles😔
@XSpt yes after about six weeks of doing the same conditioning routein you no longer feel sore the next day. Then it's time to change the routein. No I don't get sore from regular skills training anymore but conditioning is supposed to make you sore. You do however get used to being sore to the point where you don't really notice it anymore.
Omega 3 fatty acids helps to reduce inflammation. It’s something you can digest. So there are things that you can eat to help reduce the build up of lactic acid.
The very simple answer to the question as posed in the video title
Is to consume electrolytes at moderate temperatures.
Start with a teaspoon a baking soda in a cup of room temperature water follow 10 mins later with an electrolyte smoothie consisting of half a beet, whole banana, and 8 - 12oz (depending on desired consistency) of coconut water.
so how do you make sure your body contains enough glycogen stores as recommended?
Simply don’t allow your blood sugar levels to fall too low.
When this happens stored Glycogen in the Liver is released.
ok new vegan. is soy milk/tofu good or bad.

Mr Khan Khan
Learn English first.
So nothing about switching to the fat stores?
@Sanchara not true, you reach a level that you can exhaust your muscle without pain
Lactic acid is a by product of glycolysis. In other words, lactic acidosis will happen after years of eating and metabolizing excessive carbohydrates!
Charlotte did not gave us the answer to the question in the title.. smh
well yeah... just do more 100m swimming sprints.. your muscles need to get used to doing these training's, so by doing those 100m more often will get your muscles prepared and ready with enough oxygen to perform.
I have congestive heart failure. My body cannot get rid of it and my overall oxygen levels have dropped precipitously. I need some relief from this constant burning pain that leaves me debilitated for days on end.
Did it get any better? I'm bed ridden. Feel weird pressure in my head.
@@beautifulleeme782 it did, but it keeps coming back with the least bit of effort on my part.
Names video How to Eat to Reduce Lactic Acid...........Says in video there is nothing you can really eat to reduce lactic acid build up
Shame on her, nevertheless the comment section does give you the answers you were looking for
Does bananas help?
Musicizmyremedy
Thats more for cramping (pottasium).
Yes
The potassium in the banana is and electrolyte that is beneficial to the masking or removal of lactic acid and the soothing and repairing of muscle
So the answer is nothing you can do about it.
Yeah sooooooooo....
Oki so I do all exercise.. So you staying no lactic rid ah k why post?
Be polite, Mr.Morvant, everyone is trying to earn their livelihood. Nobody is perfect, atleast she is doing a good job :)
So where's the info about eating? Waste of time. Should have mentioned sodium bicarbonate, potassium (found in bananas) and glutamine.
yes the whole point of this video was the type of foods that reduce lactic acid.
Yes you are right on both notes she wasted time the way to get rid of that lactic acid is with electrolytes potassium magnesium sodium and so on with water ( in combination AKA Powerade Gatorade blah blah blah ade)
Wrong
@dellcomputeification real milk is better for you. Soy is only healthy when it is made the traditional way (fermentation) otherwhise eating a lot of it over time is actually quite unhealthy.
What the fuck did I just watch?
Tips?....Bish you didn't tell us 💩!!
Beating around the bush lady....
not usefull advice for athletes. if you are training properly you'll never "get used to" your workouts....
So basically this video is a waste of time and gives you no information.
She's so pretty!
Waste of a watch!!!!!
As usual, women tease men with no real follow-through.
At what age do you stop ending your sentences on a super low note? Super irritating to listen to.
