    getting up and move around during the day is actually the most important thing that comes before any food nutrition, as all recovery is aerobic in nature and that speeds it up by 10 folds I can promise anyone for it, even if you are disabled, you can still move around in some ways, don't bother excusing.

    @XSpt yes after about six weeks of doing the same conditioning routein you no longer feel sore the next day. Then it's time to change the routein. No I don't get sore from regular skills training anymore but conditioning is supposed to make you sore. You do however get used to being sore to the point where you don't really notice it anymore.

    Omega 3 fatty acids helps to reduce inflammation. It’s something you can digest. So there are things that you can eat to help reduce the build up of lactic acid.

    The very simple answer to the question as posed in the video title
    Is to consume electrolytes at moderate temperatures.
    Start with a teaspoon a baking soda in a cup of room temperature water follow 10 mins later with an electrolyte smoothie consisting of half a beet, whole banana, and 8 - 12oz (depending on desired consistency) of coconut water.

    so how do you make sure your body contains enough glycogen stores as recommended?

    • @ARL-LifesLessons.-nk4fd
      @ARL-LifesLessons.-nk4fd 2 месяца назад

      Simply don’t allow your blood sugar levels to fall too low.
      When this happens stored Glycogen in the Liver is released.

    Lactic acid is a by product of glycolysis. In other words, lactic acidosis will happen after years of eating and metabolizing excessive carbohydrates!

    well yeah... just do more 100m swimming sprints.. your muscles need to get used to doing these training's, so by doing those 100m more often will get your muscles prepared and ready with enough oxygen to perform.

    @dellcomputeification real milk is better for you. Soy is only healthy when it is made the traditional way (fermentation) otherwhise eating a lot of it over time is actually quite unhealthy.
