Buds! I was watching your vid and I knew those roads looked familiar then I seen the Halifax sign. Just picked up a new F350 in the Annapolis valley. Definitely doing what you did! Looks good 👍
Could you give us an update on your fule economy with the 37’s because I would think it would decrease but I’m interested to see how much it will decrease
I installed the same leveling kit on my 2020 Dually and the Air lift 500 air bags. I will go bigger on the tires when I need to replace them. Your truck looks awesome with the setup!
Fellow Nova Scotian here! I like the tire and level combo. I have a white, 2016 F-150 FX4. In order to make it completely level, I put a 2.5 inch in the front and a 1.5 inch on the back. Upgraded to 33" K02's and she's a beast. To me it looks like the back needs a bit of a lift. It's likely the spacing in the wheel-wells throwing off the level look. Just my thoughts. Sweet truck man!
Well it looks awesome just for the hell of it they all sit 1/2 higher in front for just a few hrs because of the coil springs stretch out at first then they compress back down and it'll sit even. I did mine I had the 37s on for first day but I took them off and put 35s on I like seeing a little more wheel well and with the 3.73 gears the 35s made more sense.
ForScan is awesome!! I used it to change all kinds of things in my F150's. Just make sure you backup your factory settings incase you change something you don't want to by mistake. You can really mess stuff up if you dont pay attention. I wish ForScan had similar software for other brands.
Did you do any trimming? @ workplaytv. I have a f-350 platinum too and bought the illuminating sill plates from Ford, for when you open the door they light up as they came in 2017, but in 2018 they removed the illuminating sill plates because the Limited came out. But the connectors where under the door sills, all I had to do was connect them and bam.
I like the 2.5 with 37's. Carli is the best. My 20 will be here in 4 weeks (I went w the 7.3 vs Powerstroke this time). I think a 1" block in the rear will look better. Keep up the great videos...Ive watched all of them and look forward to what you are doing which helps me pick and choose for my truck.
Looks good, I too think it appears to be squatting a tad. I have the 67-2551 ready lift 1" spacers for my 2019 cclb F350. I have not installed yet because i'm not sure if I want to do the adjustable track bar as well or just leave it alone. As is I measure 35.25" at the lower body line in front of the rear tire and 33" at the same crease directly behind the front tire.
Finally got my truck and measured. I got a 2021 F350 CCSB Platinum. So same truck as you but a 2021 and I also have the FX4 package. I measured up to same spot as you. Rear passenger is 44 1/4" and front passenger is 41". So I have an extra inch in there for some reason. Maybe the FX4 shocks? I measured the rear blocks at 2 1/8".
What gear ratio do you have in this truck? I am looking at one but it has 3:31s (2020). Also I love those tires. I have them on my F150 and have put maybe 20,000 miles or more on them. Been off road a good bit and I've pulled buddies out of mud so slick you can barely walk. I like them so much I bought a set for my Jeep Wrangler TJ as well. The tires made it drive much better and ride better as well
I wish i waited a year for the 2020 for the extra power and 10spd. I am still happy with my 450hp and 935tq but 475hp and 1050tq with the 10spd is much nicer! I imagine on the low end you may actually feel like the truck accelerates better with the taller tires because of all the torque and the gearing on the 10spd. My previous Ford SD felt like it had better low end acceleration when i put on the taller tires. The low end torque on diesels seem to handle taller tires nicely when empty. I am happy for you! Keep going.
As fast as there gaining power wouldn't matter if you waited for 2020 cause every couple years they get more powerful. Unless you get a new truck every couple years it's hard to stay on top
I would put your stock trac bar brkt back on, and go with the adjustable trac bar! You will eliminate any bump steer! The joints are an upgrade from the factory rubber bushings. The highway you are on looks very smooth also.
great videos..been watching since you first got your truck. Get the Carli system...they are the best. Expensive but worth every penny. They do a lot of R&D, and their spring and shock set up and testing makes the truck ride close to a 1/2 ton. If you can get their rear spring and shock set up w bags...that is absolutely the best. I did this to my 15 Platinum w some 37 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I did everything except went with the same bag set up like you have. I have a new 7.3 Tremor (don't need a diesel anymore) coming and I really like my truck and it rides better than the new trucks I have tested and I now am having reservations and really don't want to get rid of it...That's how much I really like the Carli set up. Good Luck. Subscribed.
Give us a review of the Falken tires in winter driving and also towing stability. I just posted 2 videos reviewing my Nitto Ridge Grapplers in Utah winter and they aren't doing so good...
Looks like I found a new channel to watch! Nice looking rig! Guess I'll have to subscribe and watch what you end up doing with your truck. The level looks nice! Good idea asking your wife. lol Mine hated the lift on my truck. So maybe you shouldn't if you want to lift it higher. Haha. Good luck!
Sometimes going higher is a pain in the butt when i traffic trying to change lanes. It's hard to see cars next to you. I watch out when i am in my Vette when i am next to a taller truck. It can be hard to see. When i sit next to a Mustang i can't see over it's hood. I will say my plumber has lifted all his Fords. Trucks and Expeditions. It was too high for his wife and regular driving. He went like 10" though and 37 or 38s. He had to buy another one for his wife to drive (kept that one though, he has quite a collection). He put a 6" lift on the next one and 37s. She still said it was too much for her liking but she drove it. You probably have Blind spot monitoring to help though so that should help.

Looks great buddy! The wheels, whatever they are, will make a HUGE difference. I'd say to keep this suspension unless you're going with 10" or 12" wide rims, then a lift is essential to not make all the poke look dumb.Where did you buy the ready lift? I watched something that said that the BDS level might not work because of something having to do with the new 2020 f250 transmission. Can you confirm that carli bds worked out the kinks?
Tyler Dean Lawson They are now good to go
Looks good but it would have looked better with other wheels. Looks higher in the front then the back. BDS and Carli have really nice 4 1/2 inch lifts.
Would you mind measuring the overall height with the level like at the cab?
So question for ya, what if any rubbing issues did you have with the 37’s? What did you have to trim?
Louis Bone stock wheels they rubbed on radius arms and sway bar at full lock. Can’t trim that. Slight spacer will take care if that.
Perfect, and much appreciated.
Just curious on the spacing from top of the tire to the wheel well.
toHelluRide666 I’ll see if I can get that for ya
Get the 2WD Valance from ford, only 150.00 or so. It completely changes the look of the front. So much better
matthew riordan-solid axles are the only way to go putting the tremor one on
workplaytv I’ll have to check that out
Still say u should have put toyo mt on it lol but still looks good with the 2 inch lift
Would you also recommend the Wild peaks? Is the road noise barely there I’ve heard?
Uncle Junior sure would they are extremely quiet
When this was done does one of your tires stick out farther one one side then the other?
Yes
Great looking truck! How tall is it? I wonder if a setup like that would fit in my garage
Would be roughly 84-85” front the highest point to the ground
workplaytv thanks for reply!
