    At time of publication, it is illegal to ride a privately-owned e-scooter on the public highway in the UK. All riding shots and photos in this video were filmed on private land with the landowner's permission. You must adhere to national and local laws governing e-scooter use.

    Thanks for your video. I have a ninebot with tubeless tyres. When I plugged a hole recently a thick black solution appeared on the reamer tool, I thought it must be a type of PPF though it has the consistency of blue tack. The tyre is still loosing pressure and I can't find the leak with soppy water and wondered if I should add a thinner PPF? or do you think that approach might just gunge the hole thing up completely? Thanks very much in advance.
    Regards Nigel

    Your videos are awesome. I just have a question about the slime. When the motor is on the wheel and the motor starts heating up, will it have an effect on the slime blocking the puncture like cheese in the oven? Because I put the green slime in both of my escooter wheel back and front, both had a puncture. But only the wheel with the motor that keeps the green slime oozing out of the wheel and not keeping the air in.

    I have a pure air e-scooter, does it have ppf and if so, what should i do to maintain it?
    Can/should i refill it and after how much time should i check the air pressure and pump more air please?

    • @RidePureElectric
      @RidePureElectric  3 года назад

      Hi Nicholas! Yes, the tyres on the Pure Air come with pre-inserted puncture prevention fluid. You can refill it if needed, we recommend using 1/3 of a bottle per tyre. You can check the tyre pressure at anytime, preferably before each ride, as the recommended level is 37psi for the best performance. Thanks!

    So only one tire is filled with the PPF? Or do you do both?

    • @RidePureElectric

      Hi Miguel, we recommend applying it to both tyres if adding it to our Air3 or Advance scooter range.
      Our second generation of Pure Air e-scooters have it applied to both tyres,

    I guess that's why a puncture resistant strip/band is sold to insert between the tire and tube may be the ultimate solution.

    Couple of things here.
    First, the slime calculator link has expired.
    Second, the green slime has a plastic core removal tool. DO NOT use this!! The plastic is too weak and will likely shear off in the valve, which will block the shoulders, stopping you removing the core!
