I really love the art with Voldemort and Death Eaters on Slytherin edition, but if they wanted heroes of the houses I really wish they would make an art with Regulus Black in it, but I guess he is such a minor plot point in the story it wouldn't make much sense.
I really apreciate that they stuck to the canon colours for Ravenclaw with the books, blue and bronze. I'm not a Ravenclaw but I feel so bad for Ravenclaws who have to put up with their house merch all being the incorrect blue and silver film colours =/
I am glad they made an illustration of remus and tonks fighting together holding hands considering they took that scene out of the film. It was inly a fee minutes. They should have kept it.
Love the cover designs a little extra with these ones. Super cool. I'm planning on getting them all in the boxed set when it comes out later this year!

These are all AWESOME! So what does your collection stand at now you've gotten a total of 56 new(ish) books on your shelves? I say newish because you've been getting them over time, so the early sets aren't really new anymore, but as a complete set, they're new.
What I can see is that in the Slytherin edition, the art inside has Narcissa in white and Bellatrix in black in each side of Voldemort, which can represent the yin and yang and the good and evil.

I collected the paperbacks and decided to do all black books from gryffindor and the four coloured books are the different houses. I am excited to finally end with that bright green🙃

love these, really liking the colours. While I love Gryffindor myself, absolutely love the cover design of the Slytherin book! Saw the original edition covers on your shelf, and I have to say, not matter how good these covers are, I personally don't think any of them beat the original release covers, they hold so much nostalgic value to them!
When you think about it a "hero" can be a synonim of character for a story, So if we go by that heros are characters, so it make sense for the "heroes" of slytherin to be Voldemort, Belatrix and Narcissa as they were important to the deathly hallow story, as the "heroes" in the other 3 books are also important characters to the story
Peter did you notice( at least in the slytherin edition as this is what I have) the snake on the spine on deathly hallows book is mirror image of the snake of Phylosopher stone spine. It is like bloomsbery has opened with the first book and then closed the series with that mirror image. I open at the close indeed
i cant wait to get the slytherin hardbacks! i have all 7 books but they are really old, beat up, and very mismatched between paperbacks and hardbacks, as endearing as they look on my shelf, i cant wait to get the slytherin edition to display
