I travelled to Sudan almost 2 years ago as a tourist because I was interested in the country. I felt extremely safe everywhere I went. No problem walking around at night by myself or using a cellphone in public. The locals helped me through my journey so much to make sure I was comfortable. I will always have a soft spot for Sudan
That's nice so you did not visit the south side of the country? You know where the war was going on before Sudan allowed the south to split off as South Sudan? Or are you full of crap? because the country is a hell hole and westerners need armed guards when exiting their compounds because they get kidnapped by the poor people whose lives have been destroyed by socialism.
@@Right-Is-Right lol I seemed to have triggered you? Lol, don’t be so silly. Along the border was dangerous at the time and Darfur province was dangerous when I visited but I didn’t go there. Every place I visited was extremely safe at that time. I can’t speak for any other time as I don’t know. I didn’t go during the war. I’m not sure why my safe experience has offended you
@@theaverageguytraveller7253 LOL 'Darfor provence" where do I start, it has never even been called a province and you misspelled it, it is not part of South Sudan it is the western region of sudan and not anything to do with the South Sudanese uprising/independence. it appears you have no clue of what you are talking about which makes me believe you have never had any interest inb Sudan and never been there. you got triggered by being called out for your bullshit and provided more evidence that you are full of crap.
I'm very impressed with Sudanese.Real patriots who stayed, fought for change & freedom in their country, unlike millions of cowards,ball-less men in so many other countries, who run away.
Ooh yes the freedom of socialism and the depravation it provides for all except the leaders, who managed to sell a few state owned companies to survive a few more years.
Why would you think "democracy" is the necessary end point in every countries' development? Maybe other peoples just want nothing to do with an American notion of "democracy".
My heart goes out to everyone working and fighting for true democracy and free speech and free press. It is the foundation for future abundance that great nations rely upon.
