Great video! The washer (#5) is a spare part that's not needed. Also the instructions show another part (cover/blade housing) but it wasn't included so I assume that's some sort of accessory for something that's not needed. The assembly instructions do match with this video.
The washer I threw out, if used, creates a gap where the "donut" Cover/Blade Housing sits too high and will not allow the Lock-Nut threads to attach. The manual notes that the Washer is a "spare part for after-market blades" thereby cancelling it's use on standard assembly.

Thanks for the video
Omg you're the best. That extra part boggled me for like a solid 10 minutes.... Also apparently lefty is not always loosey..... 🙄
You’re video was so funny and helpful!!
Thank You!!!!!
Thank you for this demonstration 👍🏼😃
The moment you threw that part to the side 😂, yes- I knew I wasn’t going crazy. The part won’t attach with it. The manual is useless. Thank you!!!
Thank you SO much!!!
lol - the piece you just threw aside is what keep the blade in place - it needs to go on top of it below the top cover
The piece he threw to the side is the same one the person from Worx told me to not use as well.
