Dear friend, in italic calligraphy, the lowercase letters, how much should the width of this letter be? My calligraphic pen is the Sheaffer B (1.8mm). Greetings from Ecuador.
I have a (probably) *stupid* question....the guidelines... are they for practice (separately) capitals and lowercases only? Or can I use the guidelines to write say... a long quote? Thanks!!!

Carlos Espinoza this is not italic. I am concentrating on Copperplate as I am writing a manual on this script.
