This then made me take you seriously and listen once you say important! - A few adjustments according to my liking and writing already became way less stressfull for me (and my body). Thank you!
Excellent to know you were able to incorporate it into your practice. Sometimes we know things but it is only when others tell us about them do we really pay attention to how they can be consolidated to make a real difference in our lives.

I though, "I know how to sit at a desk." but as a lefty I always struggled finding a comfortable way to write black letter without smearing ink everywhere. this video series helped me tremendously! I was foolish to underestimate the importance of posture and placement. thank you so much for this series!

Thanks for these very important tips because I always follow the straight back posture and sitting near the corner of the desk and all but I was doing a mistake that you also mentioned here that I always tilt my head forward to just see like a zoomed view a better view and I'm laughing on myself that I always think that the TQ script is very wide that it can only fit 5 or 6 letters in a horizontal line of an A4 sized sheet with a 6.0 mm nib but Now ai know that my letters are not fitting there because I was looking at my script at an odd angle😂 I think now I'll get it right. Thank you sir!
If I am writing a letter in my normal handwriting yes, if I am making a grocery list, maybe not as I might be doing it against the fridge, but I keep the relaxed aspect in my writing all the time and use as little finger movement as possible
This is amazing, thank you for your videos! I've realized that I like to sit on the front of my chair, and even use a book to place under my feet to make my thighs parallel to the floor (I'm very short). One thing I've noticed though, is my top knuckle of my thumb starts to hurt after awhile. Wondering what that could be from, probably the way I'm holding my holder (oblique), and how to fix this so I won't have to take so many breaks in between my work to ice/massage my thumb.
I usu twnd to bend down towards the writing as i feel uncomfortable by looking at the writing from a straight posture. Is that a sign of weak eyesight? I've got specs lately but still it doesn't make me comfy and I want to bend to the paper while writing :(
Paul, I have a question: but if you turn the page and rotate yourself, it wont be the same as writing with the page in parallel with the edge of the desk (writing like if nothing was rotated)? It would make more sense (for me) if you only rotate one thing or another. What is the point in rotating the paper AND yourself in the same direction?

this hand/elbow positioning make just a little sense to me, Maybe I am wrong, Ideally we shouldnt move the fingers nor the wrist when we write. the movement should come from the body and the arm, at least this as far as I know.
When I told ppl about sitting postures they called me mad......but this makes complete sense to me..... posture affects thinking.

the point is the elbow MUST be on the desk - it is critical for muscular movement

Tadas Vosylius all three vids can be applied to a brush pen if the pen is being held vertically to write.
