Awesome video! You’re such a good RUclipsr! Putting out high quality videos unlike some other RUclipsrs who put car covers on backwards and make dumb videos about opening up some caliper piston seals.
hello, I’ve seen your videos from the twin turbos on the 5.2. Was wondering if you know any kits that can supercharge a 5.2 ram by any chance? been looking but I’ve been stumped.
What are you hoping it will weigh ? Also curious how your going to mount bed or bed sides as I'm currently in the process of mounting my gutted bed on my ram
@@RacingRamFam I picked up a 94 single cab short bed manual 2wd. I plan on tearing down the motor to freshen it up open up the ring gap camshaft then probably call it good on the motor part till I can save up enough for a built trans either t56 or th400 I just haven’t decided if I want to go auto just yet not really chasing numbers gonna run it all in a stand alone aswell from my understanding the 94 ob1 is just garbage 😂
I have a 89 f150 4x4 I plan on doing something similiar. I plan on keeping frame though and doing tubular body and make it more of a giant UTV. The frames on them olf f150's are super solid, so I should be able to tie into it with some sch40 and make it roll safe. I could 100% be wrong though as I am a complete beginner. Before i start though I will find a actually professional consultant to clear what i want to do.
Sch40 will weigh a ton. Spec is .120 wall for steel and .093 wall for chromoly. And yes you can do that way and it’s a lot less work but will be a lot heavier setup
Thanks for the info bro. Im actually looking into building my own trophy truck in the near future, so im doing as much research as possible on tube framing.
@RacingRamFam 200ft 🤯 a bit out of my price range lol. Banshee is gutted for a roll cage, and all the stock wires are removed from the engine bay. I'm still saving up for a four link, and I just got done repainting the turbos and changing up intercooler pipe sizes from 2.5" pipe to 4". Got a 3"core radiator going to rear mount to roll cage. I was also thinking about dabbling in carbon fiber body panels, but still learning how to mix the products properly and how to make a mold. But I'll get to where you're at some day with the full chassis build. I'll be back up on RUclips this month. Revamping the channel. I'll email you my new email, will keep in touch. I learn a lot watching you're videos too. Glad you're back up and running again.
Hell yeah!@@RacingRamFam ...I have followed your build since the beginning and used most of your links to build the 360 Magnum for my Dart. 🤔 Are you trying to get me to tube chassis it now as well? lol.
You guy's don't post that often but when you do its always interesting and tgats probably the best use of a dodge caliber ever .
Lol yes! Had to cut the front cv axles and reinstall them into the front wheel bearings so it didn’t fall apart
I'm building my 5.2l 1996 ram 1500 Laramie 4x4 Single cab short box 96k miles, I'm so happy i found your channel, you guys rock!

Pro charger sells kit. Otherwise you can find used ken bell supercharger kits
@@RacingRamFamDude thank you so much for responding, means a lot!

Prob 2500lbs and I don’t think I’m going to put bedsides on
@@RacingRamFam wow talk about some serious weight gone lol, with that mph you were running last year you should be 9s no problem
@@RAMADDICTION ya going for the world fastest 5.2 magnum!
Yesss! The video I have been waiting for!!!
Glad your as pumped as me!
@@RacingRamFam brother I picked up a ram project because of this channel!!! I’m stoked!!!

The Milwaukee as a hammer was the best part of the video for me 😂😂 awesome truck
It’s the special red hammer lol
How do you mount the cab to the tube chassis?
You're back
Oh yes 😎
How thick is the wall on the tube to handle the power and torquing
0.134! Mild steel
What intake manifold are u running on that 5.9????if u wouldnt mind please
how much caster do you have up front? looks like nearly none?
3 degrees
I was aiming for 3-5
Good job bro! Gunna be sick!!!
Hell ya!
I plan on doing the same with my 2nd gen single cab ram. Right now you got the 5.2/5.9 Facebook group wonder what happened to the whitey build lol.
Ya I’m still in the Facebook group.
Dodge caliber front suspension talk about using what you got awsome!
I want to do something like that but with a twin turbo LS3 and four wheels drive
Four wheel drive would be cool!
Well hellooooo NURSE lol. Glad to see you back, and extremely busy. Luven (whitey 2.0). How many tubes did you purchase altogether.
Oh it had to be close to 200ft of tubing
How banshee coming??

@@DBGrimson awesome! Will be a insane Durango when it’s done
Am I able to do that chassis with a 89 Lincoln town car
Oh yes! You only use the outside body and throw away everything else

Thanks guy
Love the build bud it's a Dodge you should have kept it dodge with a 8 3/4 rear end
9in is just a way better rear end in every way
@@RacingRamFam maybe one day we can get together with our builds and run the track
