April 17, 2024: Brittany Houston, PsyD, Assistant Professor for Population Health at UT Austin Dell Medical School, identifies psychological stressors of COVID-19 specific to healthcare workers. In this session, she will explore the various factors that contribute to compassion fatigue, identify its manifestations, and present both individual and organizational strategies for building resilience and implementing effective interventions.
