@@fhckoutdoors to try learn the basics of longer range shooting. Would love to hit steel at long distances but thought this probably a good way to learn before I start poping many dollars in ammo with a 300wm

Mate try SK rifle match, RWS gold and ele match. T1X favourite food groups. Mine loves SK RM. consistent pinky nail 5 shot groups @ 50m.
SCSA chassis, vertical MDT grip, upgraded trigger spring to really lighten it up and topped with Athlon Argos BTR gen2 8-34x56 & MDT GRND pod. 🤌🏻🤌🏻

Hi ya im liking my chassied rifles, out of my six rifles three r in chassis two Oryx for centerfire and a scsa tspx chassis for 22lr. I have a howa m1100 in there tspx it's awesome but it didn't start that way. The initial feeding of ammo was very bad every second rnd would jam I nearly gave up on it even contacted howa a couple times with no luck but there is a happy ending it was shooting great half in groups but what's the point when it jams every second rd saw that online a lot of people having same issue. After say around 200 rnds it just started cycling like a dream both mags as always used both pretty sure it was a mag issue and it took ages for spring to run in it was pushing the next rnd into rnd being chambered and it would jam up on that angle that's what I could c was going on. Now it's great I don't really y know why it fixed itself I'm guessing the mag spring needed to slacken a touch so it was not pushing with to much force. That's my wild guess I've really no idea. It seemed to b a mag issue. Now it's fixed it's my go to euthanasing rifle I shoot for a wild life group euthanasing fatally sick and injured animals usually just with the 22 maybe further with big gun if I can't get up to fifty meters away. I'm so stoked it fixed itself, great chassis, very comfortable to shoot and groups improved and so did consistency. Very fun to shoot and have great confidence itwill shoot well and quickly load another with no issues. So any one having problems with it cycling keep shooting it it should smooth out. Got all three 22lr I shoot running well with 40gr hp Winchester power points could get them a bit tighter but don't want to have different ammo for three different rifles. All groups are well under an inch at fifty so happy with that.....The howa m1100 factory stock i did not like so was always gonna change the stock. My cz457 and anschutz 1451 have beautiful wooden stocks so am gonna keep em looking good in wood. The anschutz is 35 years old and still is a tac driver at fifty. The cz is just a dream to use I never know what one to pick but I suppose that's z good problem to have.... The training rifle is a good idea that's how I've set up my howa m1100 to b very similar to the howas I have in the Oryx chassis .

Awesome little build. Have you thought about a barrel tuner. I have one on my cz457 and highly rate them for the .22lr rifles.

You used a Recarms Cerberus shotty? My local gun shop had a good deal on them new because Recarms were doing a big clearance, picked one up pretty cheap new.

@@fhckoutdoors Yeah it is. Not a lot of info out there on them but they seem to be pretty solid. I might do a video on it. Seems the straight pulls are coming down in price due to button and lever release increasing in availability.

It’s an XRS specific to T1X. The T1X won’t fit in the T3X XRS without modification.
