Another one of her badass baking skills! My brownie tin has slightly curved corners and lining it feels like a similar struggle to putting the fitted sheet on a mattress. Can't get the corners in! To stop the paper curling up I fold a little crease through the curl.
Charlie Radford I just bought brownie tins with sharp square corners and I can’t recommend it enough! Of course I didn’t buy the 7” size needed for this recipe haha
Lol Sally has a round corner tin, but she doesn’t line the corners, because that’s not too important. The lining on the edges are so you can pull it out, unlike a cake where you can tip it out. The bottoms must be lined how ever, but since it is a cookie at the base, it still isn’t even too necessary, since cookies crisp up as they cool. But make sure you butter that baking paper, so that you get a clean bottom of the cookie, otherwise it will stick in some places and will have half of the cookie left on the baking paper. It is also important to let it cool, as Sally mentions in the video, other wise it willl crumble, and it will be a mess.

Bella Khoury the cookie part wasn’t overdone at all it was more of the brownie coming out wet and me having to cook it a bit more for it to be cooked fully. Honestly recommend making these they turned out really good.

The cookie also had a texture that was more similar to cake than cookie. I would double the brownie portion for this recipe since it wasn't enough for my liking. The brownie/cheesecake one turned out nicely though - thought the brownie was super undercooked but it set up nicely in the fridge. It had a fudgy texture, which made it even better.

I made these today and they are amazing i accidentally picked up the bigger tin for the 7inch recipe so they were a tad too thin but over all they still tasted great
These are so killer!!! My absolute favourite brownies are oreo brownies and ferrero rocher brownies, been making these for years, now i gotta try them with a cookie layer too 😍😍😍
ok i just made this and these are my comments: the amount of sugar in the brownies is WAY too much. i would cut it in half bc the oreos and cookies already have a lot of sugar. second, i used a 8x8 pan, and 20 minutes for the brownies was no where near enough. they weren't gooey, they were RAW. i had to bake them at 170 C (like she said) for an hour after i already baked the cookie part for 15 minutes prior for them to be "gooey" (they still wouldnt bake to fully done). they taste good its just the sugar made them so overly sweet and i could taste the sugar granules even though i mixed the batter for so long (i think thats my fault for using organic sugar though). these are my suggestions i really recommend you guys to make this recipe but please keep the amount of sugar and baking time in mind :)

We call these "Slutty Brownies" here in the states, and they are TO DIE FOR. My mom made them for us once. Once you have a brownie like this, you'll never go back to plain ones ever again. These are VERY rich, so I wouldn't eat more than one.
Oh my god I was craving brownies but it was only me so Who was gonna eat it so I made just the brownie Bit from the 7” tin recipe in a medium foil container And I baked it for 20 minutes like sally said and it was so perfect! It was just enough for me to eat in two servings and Oh my god it tasted so good!!!

What a perfect combination it reminds me when we lived out in Texas and we used to eat like a gallon of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream outside with the longhorns and on the farm in the Texas sun We would eat Oreos as they were like one of the cheapest biscuits and they had not come over to the UK yet whilst we were ordering British things like smarties , tea and marmalade and Beano comics I made like 3kg of brownies for a school a day. I love the idea of mixing cookie dough and brownies it is a perfect combination with the added touch of oreos I wonder whether you could do the same recipe with cookie dough and Nutella It is so hard to get perfectly gooey brownies as I have tried for years My dad works in landscaping and Sally skills with the pallet knife would outdo most plasterers This recipe so reminds me of Texas where we would have cinnamon doughnuts and waffles and pancakes for breakfast with things like there big red drinks I do a version of a brownie upside down pudding that uses pears One of my complex recipes is a missipi mud pie that I found in a dessert cookbook I love the combination of this and it is not to over the top to make it sickly

Lauren Shortle Hi if you soak the baking paper in warm water is easier to manipulate into the tin.
